Our retired nursing instructor (who still tutors and is awesome) said to look at SATA questions as true or false. Hope this helps someone! Love your videos!!
Great video! One thing that helps me when I'm studying, is Quizlet. I actually make up my own questions on Quizlet as I'm studying each topic. If I can make up qs and answer them, then I feel confident that i know the material. This even helps for finals... I would go over my Quizlet questions instead of rereading the chapters.
ooou so im a sophomore this year 2019 - 2020 and when i’m a junior im gonna take this class we have at our technical center , it’s a nursing aide class that provides u with clinical experience and basic nursing skills also with classes like anatomy , physiology , nutrition , and geriatrics !! so i’m super pumped for that even though i don’t wanna be a nurse (wanna be a doctor) i feel like it’ll give me a good idea of it all and head start so i’m a bit more prepared ... LOVE YOUR VIDEOS !!
Wow !!!! I wish we got blue prints 🤣🤣 were told to read the chapters and move along & hence why our class didn’t get above a 61 percent on our first med surg exam
Ok lucky that you have a blue print. We don’t get ANYTHING our professor won’t even tell us remotely what is on the exam except obviously what we learned between the last exam. 🥵
I love those silver pillows! Great video! I'm starting Med-Surg 1 in 2 weeks and trying to organize myself. I will definitely try out the concept maps! I recently just started a channel with nursing school topics :)
Everyone in my nursing classes are struggling because we don’t get any sort or blue print or study guide. They say we don’t get a study guide for the NCLEX so we won’t get one now either
Omg do you guys not get objectives either? That’s not totally true because NCLEX does have a blueprint? Which is the reason why we get a blueprint for our exams. That’s interesting.
Nope we don’t get a blueprint. It’s beyond frustrating and most everyone is failing. Honestly thinking about changing schools, but I only have a year left and I’m not sure how well classes and clinicals transfer. @@DailyDoseofNursing
Omg that’s absolutely insane!! I’m sorry girl!! If you’ve gotten this far then I agree, you’ll kill your NCLEX if you’ve survived this long with studying 100% of the material.
Same here! A lot of my class (including me) is failing and it’s so frustrating. Our instructors tell us anything is testable but won’t give us a clue on what is more important to study 🤦🏻♀️
Was that your med surg textbook?? 🙀🙀🙀 mine is 3 times the size 😩😩what school did you go to?! You are so lucky!! Here I am wondering why so many nurses pass school no problem, I got my answer lol. Some schools make it impossible for us
Hello my name is allie and I am currently in med surg and was wondering if you could please send a link of the notes from registered nurse rn I was having hard time finding where to see her notes. Thank you so much. Have a blessed day ☺️
If you go to Registered Nurse RN channel, you will find, for example "CHF part 1" video and in the description of the video she has a link to her notes :) so basically she has them on the description box pertaining to the video! :)

Blue print? Study guide? We literally have to ask our professors “is this gonna be on the exam” after EVERY slide and HOPE they’re in a good mood.
We don't get a exam prep. I only got one for the final and this is nice I wish I went to your school
I’m a BSN too, i make nursing videos too. love your videos!
Do you ever do mind mapping in place of concept maps?
We don’t get a blue print or study guide 😒
My teacher always gives blueprints 2 days before the test 🙃
My school doesn’t do blue prints 🥲🥲🥲

From the many videos I watched it doesn’t seem to be effective for fundamentals
I just posted not to long ago a video on some tips of how I passed fundamentals if you would like to check it out! ☺️ may be helpful
you are so cute and beautiful Jackie!
