polydipsia is extreme thirst, polyphagia or hyperphagia is hunger :) I remember because ph- makes a f sound and it starts with food lol Thanks for going through and explaining the headings. I’m in patho right now and I’m having a hard time comparing diseases because there are a lot of similarities but I also want to keep the disease on its own.
Omg this video is so helpful!!! Thank you so much!! You’re an Angel!!! I think a pharmacology concept map video would be great I’m struggling so much! Thanks again ❤️

This is very informative. My grandfather had diabetes. He had renal failure, then he passed away. 😔😞 I do want to go in to nursing and become a diabetes educator. I'm taking prerequisites so I will be using this.
This is fantastic. You should teach. Can you do one on Pharmacology & explain for new people like me the best way to study 50 of the most popular drugs. Ho w to also do Care plans with this method. You encouraged me to apply for Nursing school next fall.
I love this video, I just found your channel. I m not in nursing school yet, but I'm taking my pre reqs now. But I find your videos helpful and it gives me ideas on what I can do now and going forward. God bless you and congrats on your pregnancy. I want to be a CNM. And congrats on your nursing career.
You did a really good job of concept mapping. So, you actually created from your memory, or knowledge. Few questions: 1) Did you map this out as you were reading your text book originally, as in first days of class? 2) As your taking the exam , do you see the map in your mind and / or have to wright the whole thing on paper to answer the question ? 3) Related to question 2 , How many times did you map this out to get to the point of it becoming knowledge and not just something you can forget?
Alex Kasimir good questions. You can do them anyway. I would do them usually after reading the info that way I can decide how I want to structure everything and I can then summarize on what I read. As far as visualization, I guess I pictured it when I did tests (esp if I drew lil pics next to stuff) but a lot of times I just kept looking at the map and studying it or I would close my eyes and try to visualize it that way I could recall it when I had a test
Hi , I need help with you can, Iam trying to figure out if I will pass my first semester of nursing, here is my question.5 quizzes *2% each =10% 5 tests * 13% each =65% Cumulative exam =25% and weighed total now is 76 so to make it 80% how much is needed on final exam
