Please never get discouraged or overwhelmed in making these videos. You are awesome for taking out the time to not only make these videos but also type & post notes along with nclex style questions. You are so appreciated & may God bless you to continue doing this awesome work that's appreciated by so many. I can't wait to post on here when I graduate & pass the Nclex & the fact that you were a big part of that

I graduated nursing school on the Dean's list as an all-A student in December 2021 thanks to you. I'm now reviewing your lectures over previous content in preparation for the NCLEX. Your enthusiasm is contagious and your work is meticulous. Thank you for all you do. Keep shining ⭐🤩

Thank you for this! While I'm not a nurse, I'm married to a man with CHF (and COPD, and diabetes, and congenital renal issues...) and your video really explained what's going on in there and why he has certain symptoms, but it also really clarified what the various tests were testing, and now I feel like I know more about his condition, and how to help him manage it.

I just want you to know, that I greatly appreciate your video's aka Online Lectures. I am in my 2nd year in Nursing School, Med-Surge 2 where I am left feeling very defeated due to lack of lecture and constant "reminders" that this information is in my text book. I am not a reading learner. I am a very visual learner where I need lectures, pictures, video's, etc, etc for the information to retain. Having videos such as yours, helps me to retain, learn, and grow as a student nurse. Without you, I think I would be lost.

Thank you. You're method of instruction is extremely clear and leaves no confusion. In the last years of my Dad's life the LVEF significance became scarily clear. He had heart attack about a decade ago and 5 years later his LVEF was at 12!....4 years later a second heart attack and the LVEF at this time was 15...sure enough the had the symptoms of abdomen being fluid filled and a lot of the times his feet were swollen....it also became vividly clear the importance of the kidneys in maintaining blood volume and composition as his kidneys were failing towards the end due to starvation and that made his life extremely uncomfortable with no appetite and recurring pain....his GFR dropped to 12 then in few weeks climbed to about 20 putting him in CKD stage 4....2 months later he was diagnosed with a RBBB and one month after that he succumbed to a cardiac arrest...the day before we had an appointment to schedule his pacemaker implant and I think it was his way of saying my time has come and you all did what you could....instructional videos like this help to put things firmly in perspective...

Awesome lectures, as are all of your lectures. They helped me through RN school. The way you explained it and had it drawn out gave me what I needed to grasp it much better than our power points in class. I'm a visual and a tactile learner so clinical helped me but our lectures were lacking. Thank you so much for making these and sharing them. I just found out today that I passed NCLEX! Thanks again!

Your lecture and notes are really helpful, not just to nursing students and nurses, but also to medical students in medical school. Your teaching is much more effective and I subscribe to your channel just so I could understand the pathophysiology of the different diseases and conditions that we also are currently discussing in school
