This is the first and only time anyone has endeavoured to explain to me why it's called "congestive" heart failure and exactly why fluid builds up in the body as a consequence of this disease. Seems like a minor point but it really helped me to remember what the disease is now that I understand that term and hearing someone say "congestive heart failure" doesn't make my heart sink to my stomach anymore because I feel like I've regained some control over understanding this subject. Thanks so much for this video!

My life was empty before I knew you, but loving you gave me hope. It gave me a reason to keep living, and I'll keep on doing that.
In your arms is where I find love; no one brings me happiness the way you do; you're that one person that my heart beats for! I am enamoured with you unrepentantly.
I've never felt so complete with anyone before. You make my life feel like a fairytale. I'm mesmerized by the affection you've shown me. Thanks for loving me.

@@osmosis in hypertrophy non new myocytes are formed, but the existing ones increase in size due to the load demand of ventricle. Increase in number of cells is hyperplasia.

I have a question on the part where it described right sided heart failure with things like ASD and VSD
In the video it was stated that the right ventricle would undergo concentric hypertrophy, but wouldn't it be dilation instead of hypertrophy due to volume overload (more blood = more volume) which leads to eccentric hypertrophy (dilation)?
The video was insanely helpful, thank you so much for such great work!
