I’ve been dealing with so many issues headaches vision memory issues two brain tumors pituitary gland plus a lot of other things. My stent was replaced last year. Since then been having chest pains when lying on left side. Told my cardiologist nothing really mentioned about it. October 30 he’s putting in icd guess it’s the defibrillator/pacemaker. Listen to me. And read this carefully. There is hope, and im not going to give you the bullcrap runaround "You got this"," Hang in there." I have literal hope for you so I want you to listen to me carefully about what I am going to tell you. This is a way of life that is VERY powerful when it comes to ALL things metabolic and metabolic health translates to a healthy endocrine system for every part of the body.
      YOU NEED TO EAT CARNIVORE
It's that simple. You need to eat 90% grass fed and finished red meats, ONLY cooking those meats in animal fats like tallow, butter or ghee. NEVER use vegetable oils or oils from a vegetable seed, because these vegetable oils are super concentrated into linoleic acid (A very, very inflammatory, processed, refined seed oil) Canola oil, grapeseed oil, safllower oil, soybean oil. Or any type of refined vegetable oil. Literally kick them ALL out of your house and only cook with healthy, animal fats like tallow, butter or ghee
Dont calorie restrict and DO NOT limit your fat. And make sure your entire diet is 90% red meat, eggs, maybe some pork if you like it. You can have any type of beef, ground beef, steaks, NY strips, whatever you like so long as it's beef.
Beef, especially grass fed and finished beef is high in a few notable nutrients that can transform your heart and its health; Vitamin k2 (needed to keep calcium out of your arteries so your heart and pump strong) and a nutrient called CoQ10, a very powerful nutrient for your heart. Not to mention Red meat is the MOST anti-inflammatory food on the planet, LITERALLY. On top of that, the amino acid profile in beef is literally perfect, and superior to any other food. It's high in an amino acid called glutamine which is responsible for healing your body. You gut uses about 30% glutamine by itself. I theorize that it uses it to diversify a humans gut microbiome for carnivore dieters. Which explains why carnivore dieters usually have a diverse array of gut bacteria in all parts of their guts.
If anyone tells you this is a bad idea, please don't listen to them, because all the negative studies that demonize red meat, saturated fat and cholesterol are all garbage, confounded studies riddled with healthy user bias. The only WAY that cholesterol can harm you is if its oxidized by inflammatory response like from oxidated seed oils that I mentioned above, or any other type of stressor that can oxidize or damage the cholesterol, and another process called sugar glycation. These are the ONLY two mechanism's at which your cholesterol can be damamged, bypass your arterial walls and clog your arteries. And the carnivore lifestyle doesn't contain sugar and it reduces all stressors better than any other diet, thanks to its powerful anti-inflammatory abilites.
If you want to save your own life, please don't let me waste the time it took to type this out for you to understand. I say this out of love and I don't want you to suffer. My father died of cancer, and I wish I had known about this way of eating as it always causes miracles for the recession of cancer. So please give this a try. It will change your life and likely save you.
Don't hesitate to message me back if you have any more questions if you want to get started. I have a discord and I'm also a carnivore myself
(Oh almost forgot. Fasting is another POWERFUL part of the equation you can add into with carnivore to help strengthen your health) You will want to combine both of these. Only drink water, and ground if you can, but focus mostly on dieting and fasting if the grounding is to overwhelming at first. I know it was for me

I’ve just found out I have left side heart failure . It was a shock to me as I’d never heard this term before. I had a heart attack in 2021 and had a temporary pacemaker for 10 days . I had 2 stents in the right hand side of my heart . My surgery pharmacist phoned me out of the blue and said “ obviously you know about your heart failure” I nearly collapsed when she said it . She has put me on a new medication ( dapagliflozin) and that was the end of the call . I’ve been researching these videos on here and found this one really good to understand the symptoms I have . ❤

@2:08 Allow me to add a couple things here. When the O2 blood is pumped out to the the body the process is: Ascending Aorta -> Aortic Arch -> Where it branches toward the locations of the carotid arteries and the descending Aorta. These locations are important, and personally I know these locations quite well as I had a TAA repair (Thoracic Aortic Repair) where the condition of valves previously and at the time of repair is necessary, as valve repair before surgery can complicated the procedure of a TAA. Next, a TAA repair is only possible by entry through the sternum, again, been there, done that. This procedure if left untreated will kill you before you hit the floor, and quite literally is the fastest than even cutting your carotids. However, the surgery, assuming no history of valve replacement, or any other issues, will have a mortality rating of 5%. If you have this condition, don't be worried about your doctor saying "they don't find this until they have the dying or the dead." Again, been their done that. The Aortic Arch repair has a mortality rate of 20%. The descending Aorta is the largest of this artery number 1, and is pre-dominate in the elderly. If the issue is found the mortality rate is not that bad in comparison to the ascending Aorta. ANY issues to this artery number 1 are serious, and please don't put off getting it checked.

I was diagnosed with CHF in 2017. My cardiologist, is not a chatty Kathy, he's one of those in and out doctors, so I have unanswered questions. My cardiologist said that I have zero heart damage after my CHF. He didn't come right out and say it, but it sounded like this was not normal. My health issues started 20 years earlier when I caught a bug, had a cold/flu and for the next 20 years I had chronic nasal congestion that doctors could not figure out or cure. Whatever they did to take care of my CHF also cured my chronic nasal congestion. I also have Hashimoto's thyroiditis. I got a clean bill of health from my family doctor around 2012, blood sugar good, cholesterol good, blood pressure, everything. The beginning symptoms of my Hashimoto's thyroiditis and CHF presented at virtually the same time, late 2014. Shortly after CHF diagnosis, I was diagnosed as diabetic and having high cholesterol. I have this feeling everything is related. P.S. I rarely drink.

My cardiologist said my heart function was at 25% when I first saw him. He was looking for at least 50% and I am now at 60%, he seems happy. Have you met the world today, it is a dumpster fire and only getting worse. I am not looking to live to 100, not even 80, retirement age would even be too long. I have been semi retired since the age of 46 and I work from home. I believe in quality of life not quantity. • @RandomHuTaoSimp
      @RandomHuTaoSimp Год назад

@@johncasey5594 John here is a pro tip for you. Disregard almost everything Whitegorillaboy just said accept for the beef. If its one thing I've learned over MANY years of nutritional research and human physiology is that the heart's favorite food is literally beef with most of its nutrients in tact. CoQ10 is a very, VERY powerful nutrient in red meat (rare or raw is best) and eating a 100% grass fed and finished ALL beef diet (literally excluse all other foods but beef, maybe some beef organs and pasture raised organic eggs).
This diet will ABSOLUTELY strengthen your heart and reduce your chances of having anymore heart complications. Actually I am extremely confident this way of eating will most likely reverse any heart problems you may have, so long as you still have your full heart and none of it has been surgically removed.
In animal foods exists a another powerful nutrient called Vitamin k2, and what it does is it keeps all things calcium from going into the wrong area's (calcified arteries). But remember, the trick is exclusion. You need to literally exclude ALL things accept meat. Sugar glycation and oxidative damage are 2 MAJOR players when it comes to harming your heart. The carnivore diet is the lowest inflammation diet on the planet and is likely the only way you'll be able to reverse any heart issues you may have.
Another happy side effect of doing this lifestyle, is you'll reverse your hashimoto's as its an inflammatory condition, and like all any auto-immune disease, it can be literally reversed with a SUPER low inflammation diet like 100% red meat carnivore. (grass fed and finished). Look up doctor berry on youtube. He will have plenty more info on this way of eating that I couldn't cover in this comment.

Hi. Did you ever figure out what procedure you had to fix your heart that helped your nose too. I'm very curious about that because I've bin congested the last 20+ years and after multiple nose surgery no real improvement. I think I found on my paperwork with the heart doctor something about my big heart valve was enlarged. He blamed it on my blood pressure and my weight but I actually lost weight so I told him I'm still having symptoms and still don't have answers yet. I'm working on it. God bless all with heart issues. You gotta be an advocate for yourself cause these doctors treat people like they are conveyer machine

@@jacobhillanbrand7988 Let me start off by saying sorry about your 20 years of nasal congestion. IT SUCKS ASS. For me, I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. One of the symptoms is liquid around the heart. One of the first things they did was inject me with a diuretic, twice I believe. It was a huge vile of this clear liquid. Now at the same time they also gave me blood pressure and water pills daily. Now I don't know if it was the injection or the pills, but within weeks I was off nasal congestion pills, nasal sprays and was clear. Don't let them pull that weight card with you. I was anywhere from 330 to 400 lbs when I cleared up. It was getting rid of the liquid and/or the blood pressure/water pills that made the difference. Now, you have heart damage, I didn't, so that may also play into your results. You are right, I am 54, doctors seemed to take more time with patients years ago. It is exactly a conveyer belt these days. Best of luck to you.

Frow My Personal Experience. My Heart was under Severe Stress when My Atlas was Hung on My Skull. Heart Failure is a Complication from Ignored Atlas Dislocations. The Cause of most Seizures is also the most likely cause of Hyper-Tension. When Dislocated Your Growth is Distorting Your Body. Kyphosis and Scoliosis are also Complications. The more Distorted You become the more Agitated the Complications become. Some Areas of the Neck Erode and Restrict with Worsening Distortion. Head Ischemia and Nerve Damage worsen when Ignoring the Dislocation run the Course. This is also the most likely Cause of IBD IBS, Nasty Skin. Leukemia, Lung Cancer, Other Cancers, MS, CP, Parkinsons, Demetia, CTE, Fibro, RA, Vertigo, Gesturing, Hair Loss, Vision Loss, Vision Loss, Random Nose Bleeds, Severe Headaches, Auto- Immune Labels since the Seizures are left Unresolved, Etc. You are in a Cross-Eyed Herd of Ignored Atlas Dislocations. These are some of the Labels for the many Complications being Treated with Pharmaceuticals. A Half Brained Humpback Life of Suffering and Gaslighting for most of the Population. Get Knocked Cross-Eyed. Get left Cross-Eyed. Most Everybody gets knocked Cross-Eyed, Gaslighted and Sent Home with No Viable Answer. The Problem gets Ignored and the labelling begins. The Opioid Epidemic is Fueled by Ignored Pain. Autism, ADHD, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Ect. Some more of Them Labels. Leaving Children Dislocated and putting Them through Cancer Treatments. Leaving Children Dislocated in Coke Bottle Glasses. Leaving Children Dislocated in Seizures. Ignoring Hearing Loss in Children caused by Ignored Atlas Dislocations. God Bless, C. knows that the Body left with an Atlas Dislocation is a Slave to the Dislocation and or Dislocations. QUESTION: I was diagnosed with CHF after suddenly having severe chest pain one day & was rushed to the hospital. I also have extremely high blood pressure if I don't take my meds exactly on time. What I need to understand is this: ..... I feel perfectly normal without any symptoms at all when sitting or lying down. But standing for more than 4-5 minutes or walking very short distances causes shortness of breath and extreme weakness. Is this the normal early symptoms of CHF? Or could I have side effects from medication? I've lost trust in the nurse practitioners I have to see at the clinic that had a MD in the past.

When I would drink like day after day (I have an issue with binging) I would suddenly start hyperventilating like I couldn't get oxygen. Like I was breathing through a straw. One time I went to the ER and the degree documented 'experts' chalked it up as anxiety and emotional distress. I laughed at the idea since I've never had an issue with either. One year later I started coughing and was short of breath. Then it got pretty bad I couldn't sleep horizontal I felt like I was suffocating. I was so sleep deprived I would have micro blackouts throughout the day, a few times driving I would black out and suddenly wake back up in the other lane. Finally I went to urgent care, and yet another degree documented 'expert' told me I had asthma. Meanwhile as I used the breathing apparatus my feet and lower legs were ballooning up. I thought it was the Asthma meds.
Went to a general practitioner for more asthma meds while in my up to the knee socks for that swelling issue (as a 180 lb. guy I gained 20 in water weight) and he told me need to go to the emergency room now. I'm like ok whatever. At the ER they said my blood readings show I could be having a heart attack as we speak. Had a large blood clot in my heart and a small one in the lungs. My heart was at 18% efficiency hitting 120 bps at rest. Really I should be dead. Dissolved those over 5 days. I'm on blood pressure meds to heal the heart other than that I'm good now, sort of. Feel like I'm on borrowed time but as long as I don't drink I feel like I could quit the blood pressure meds and be fine.

How long did they brush you off for?!!

@@MzDaUgly First time It was definitely a brush off, like they don't teach heart complications in their colleges? Dude needs to give back his badge of compliance (degree). I'm a lot better now hearts at 45% now, barely take any meds. Still binge once in a while but not nearly as often. Just went a few months without anything. I'll get there, be drink free entirely.

    Can anyone help me?
My wife has a heart failure, the right side.
She has chest pain, ascities-10-15 litters fluid in the stomach and Edema in the legs. In both of her legs 8 inches from the heel she has skin discoloration spots that some of them open and they are very painful. My wife is on pain medication all the time.
Can anyone give us an idea how to heal them?
Went to different doctors and no one has a solution.
By the was my wife is on dialysis.
    Thank you in advance.

@@supernova8962 yes shortness of breath and catching air when doing things. I think feeling dizzy is when not much air going to the brain and it means its severe
