Thank you for taking your time to impart this information Dr. Montgomery. I had a heart attack in 2009. I have had 2 ablations and have an ICD for V-Tach. I have CAD with one stent. I also have CHF and COPD. My last EF reading was 57%. Blessedly, I am able to walk 5 miles daily and do most anything else I want to do. I need to move to Houston for this treatment. This information was invaluable. ✨️💛

Houston is horriblefor CFD. the hospitals are ok but the stress of living n that city is awful. the air is terribly polluted, its crowded, expensive and the hospitals are stressful not to mention the traffic... i prefer okc we have OU Med Ctr which has an excellent cardiac institute and the doc s are spot on and we dont have all that stress...

I was born with a hole in my heart. Had a pacemaker ever since I was a child, have completely heart block, now have heart failure and enlarged heart. EF is 50-50 %. To have all of this due to my illness I was born with (Ellis Van Crevald Syndrome) is wild. But I’m glad I’m here . I definitely will be changing my diet to raw

My Dad passed away almost a year ago from congestive heart failure. Before his diagnosis, he ate extremely healthily, exercised throughout his life, and could jump rope for 15-20 minutes nonstop. He was a marathon runner. God, I wish I had come across your video before he passed away. We live in Louisiana and I would've got him to your clinic had I known. Being black, I feel we were dismissed in so many ways. They really didn't seem to care. I feel they did nothing to get him better other than medicate and offer procedures like a defibrillator, mitral valve clip, and an atrial ablation. The medication created other issues like thyroid problems, and his kidney function worsened. He died within four years of his diagnosis and his ejection fraction over a few years went from 25% to less than 10% before his death. I'm now even more heartbroken and angry after watching your video because there were other options out there for him that could've increased his productivity and life. Thanks for spreading your wealth of knowledge. We definitely need more like you.

Wow! I'm so sorry to hear this. I'm n Louisiana also and was diagnosed a year ago but only take Lasix because I chose all-natural rather than all those meds. My mom and father have both passed but mom did have CHF. I refused to lay down and depend upon these doctors who are only after our money.
Thank God for those like Dr. Montgomery.

I’m so sorry about your Dad. I also think about my parents & others who passed away too early bc we didn’t have this knowledge. I too get angry that doctors don’t even refer to the who, enfold, plant base diet. I am so grateful to Dr. Montgomery for the work he does & for educating all of us.

@@shirnettesmith920 I'm glad you came across this channel and that you're healthy. Dr. Montgomery should definitely give lots of insight into CHF and how to live/reverse it. Since my Dad's passing, he is always on my mind, and for some strange reason, I awoke Saturday morning thinking of him. I then searched RUclips for information about the condition and found this channel. I'm so grateful that I did. I may not be able to help my Dad anymore, but I might be able to direct others to it.
Prayers and blessings are sent your way.

@darlenenieswender4499 Sure. My main thing was changing my diet altogether and begin juicing & drinking smoothies. Exercise is key as well. I just began taking COQ10 a little over a month ago but before then, the doctor already said my heart was beginning to improve per my Echo test.

My opinion I'm 76 years old the doctor doesn't take enough time to listen to what you have to say they immediately put you on pills and I watched my mom and my dad die from taking the pills and that's the way I feel they don't check into your history my mom was pregnant 13 times she had two stillborn babies in my opinion those things have a lot to do with your body but the doctors don't take time to ask questions all they do is write prescriptions

Dr. Montgomery thank you for the information I’m 68 years young I always been in good shape and training in martial arts and lifted weights since then. To make a long story short I started feeling shortness of breath I never had heart attack or a stroke but my heart pumping only a 20% and ended up in the hospital. I had open heart surgery and place a pump in the heart to help pump the blood. I was in a coma 4 days and I’m now recuperating ❤️‍🩹 in a care home. I had to receive dialysis but I was able to get out of it that was a home run that’s to Jesus. The cardiologist tell me that I need a heart transplant but I’m hoping for God help me hit a grand slam and with good nutrition and exercise I can get my heart strong and be able to make it work 60% and not need a transplant. I will go to see you soon and maybe you can perform a miracle with the help from God. Thank you and God bless you, if anybody has any information please write it on the comments. Thanks

Oral melatonin decreased NT‐Pro BNP and improved the quality of life in patients with HFrEF. Thus it might be a beneficial supplement in HFrEF.

I've had systolic heart failure eit recovered ejection fraction for 5 years. Was 20 percent EF when entering hospital and in 1 year it was 50-55 EF. MY ATRIAL FIBRILATION was good gor 5 years. Very rarely did i have episode on tykosin. Now my body doesn't respnd to tykosin. I walk 4 miles after work. I get 20,000 steps in per day. The walking really helps with mild dyspnea. Getting echo next week to see if AF is weakening heart. I eat pretty good but will go raw vege now. Eat avocados, spinach, tomatoes etc. 90 percent plant based. Gonna go 100 percen. Anyway, left bundle branch block is what EKG showed. Ill know more after echo then i meet with cardiologist the week after. Any suggestionsy? Im all ears
