i have just purchased the model wo551ech502 there are no instructions on how to actually use the oven. not just installation. I need to know how to turn it off. somehow suddenly it was on and we could smell smoking I didnt know how to turn it off. this is very upsetting.
I have not even used it yet. just set the date and time not happy.
And if your oven has no "Settings" option????? GD, Whirlpool.
My oven doesnt keep temp, turns off after pre heat, high temp one day, low temp the next day.

Really??? Using biscuits to calibrate an oven?? Get real
The final product looks more like sugar cookies. And the finished product are not brown on top as shown on the product package. Reason?
How about using a thermometer in the oven?

This oven was installed in my new house. I didn’t have any other option. This is the worst oven I’ve ever owned. There’s no off button, no cancel button, and it’s hard to tell what the display is showing. I wish I could return it. Besides that after several uses it still stinks like chemicals burning. It’s a true oven nightmare!
