      Hi there! Still sticking with it, primarily because it's hard for me to source quality probiotics from food. I think I will continue with this product for the foreseeable future! Best Regards.

    Increase of energy levels somewhere between 5-10%??? How did you measure that? How can you even feel a 5% energy level increase

      I suffered from chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS), an illness where you are constantly fatigued amongst other symptoms. I took a course on how to rate my energy baseline and use a number of strategies for recovery. For those that have this illness and are on the path to recovery, you can certainly tell if something is making a difference even if it is as small as 5-10%. For healthy people I imagine this would be a little harder to determine. I hope this answers your question 🙏

    An average healthy person who eats a lot of natural food like fruits and veg, and exercises will not need this. Do not fall for these hyped up supplements. Good all round diet and an active lifestyle is the way to go.
