Legendary hero Tobor Charley (Charlie Sheen) is ordered to return home from the jungles of the Far East and rush to the Persian Gulf to rescue his compatriots. Before he departs, the CIA beauty Michelle, who will be involved in the secret rescue, meets up with Tobor in a passionate encounter, which will add color to the hero's history of love. The group arrives in the Middle East and meets up with Demeta (Valeria Golino), who is acting as a liaison, and Tobor is reunited with his old love, but he can't overstep his bounds because Demeta's husband, Deda (Rowan Atkinson), is among the hostages!
