i did a few 30cm figures... its alot of work... i did all by myself.. if u have other ppl helping you its not that hard... i also would recommend to use die cut vinyl stencils for the drawing parts...

For letters you could print a stencil then mask everything that doesnt require text and spray paint it. I think that would look dope also.
