@@tacticalfun Isn't it crazy that a premium company can start churning out absolute garbage and all the little tactards come out of the woodwork to defend them so they can feel better about their purchase?
Using an LMT bcg as a hammer 🤣 Love it. Side note though, that's typically caused (in my experience) by a bur on the takedown pin detent hole, or a soft detent pin.
What year do you feel LMT started to go down. I know back in 2009 they were making great products. Reminds me of Colt. 2014 was the time when QC started to lacked. Now I would never buy a new Colt.
You mentioned getting a 14.5” with a pinned comp barrel. Are you having this made ? Because I thought you had to use LMT barrels with there mono uppers ?
Not saying there can't be QC issues, but how this dude handled the rifle just made me cringe really hard. Sure cheap upper lower are super easy to do, but those are most likely sloppy as hell. I would expect something meant to have no wobble(good tolarcane or shimed) to be tight and require the user to handle it properly.
Dude! have the rear pin out and put the front pin in when putting it together. when taking it apart first take the rear pin out 1/3 and then remove the front pin. No tools needed.
I have a radian lower on a noveske upper 10.5 and the rear pin is so hard to take down. I had to use a hammer, I changed the pin to another radian pin and now for some reason is perfect. Still a bit tight but that’s how some of the higher manufacturers are. I hope you find a solution man.
I have an LMT ambi lower I recently bought and have to say, the QC does suck, I bought it as a kac ambi lower cope but man I should have just saved up for an actual SR15 lower. My ALG trigger randomly has light primer strikes (it's worked flawlessly in other lowers but I'm going to order a new hammer spring just to be safe) safety jiggles a bit, the finish is *okay*, the ambi mag release sucks doesn't feel as nice as the KAC one, the fitment with uppers is kind of weird, it doesn't like certain uppers and the pins are super stiff. It also doesnt play nice with my 416 upper for whatever reason which is super annoying since that was supposed to be its home. I'm nitpicking but for 400 bucks I expected better I can't lie. I'm sure like with everything though the older ones were better, some dudes probably have perfect lowers, etc. etc.
Wow that's interesting to see the poor QC. U feel its because they are rushed with pushing units out the door or poor employee moral/short staff issues....
"Don't listen to me, I am out if touch with reality". That was the only statement in his entire video based on fact...

Only around 2019
Did you file your speed bumps properly for the receiver fit?
Thanks for saving me 20$ on a vice block, now I know I can just use a T2 as a riffle assembly stand instead

14.5 lmt barrel with a deadair mount pinned

You want to hinge the upper, then the front pin just pops out. Why? No clue, but my specwar is the same way
I just tried and same thing sadly
Another great vid man. Definitely a bummer but thanks for sharing.
LMT can’t fit a standard AR BCG correct? So what BCG would you replace it with
It can use a standard
@@tacticalfun Can I replace the gas block with speed rifle adjustable gas block?
@@jzzzzz8362 No. The gas block is proprietary. You could have d wilson modify a standard barrel though
@@tacticalfun d. wilson is able to put adjustable blocks on MRP barrels as well.
@@MellowFellowOfYellow i didnt know that. Thats awesome.

Everything about this is just cringe 😬
You're shirtless in a youtube pfp
my estonia contract came out flawless
How did you pay $42 for a $3,000 rifle ? If your making that claim better explain
How do they goof that and qc miss that?
Id be kinda pissed if I paid that much and had to beat out pins.

I think its due to the military contracts and civ sales being an afterthought
I had a Noveske lower with the same type of issues. It was a stripped lower and it was a bear to get it together.
I had a Noveske like that too.
@@tacticalfun Yup Gen 1 non-chainsaw
I have the same issues on my noveske gen4 n4 on my rattler upper...

The title of your video makes it seem like this gun is horrible.
It is horrible.
@@tacticalfun just because of the one minor problem?
Its a $2500 rifle. There should be no problems.
You could spend over 100k on a custom MB imported from Germany, and it could still have issues, like this guy I know.
If I paid 2K plus for an AR it better be immaculate
This guy is something else😂🤡
Did I hear you got it for 42.00 dollars
Yea. I had $2500 gift card and paid shipping.
Is this bait
