Don’t know if you have found out yet, but a warning is to keep an eye on the rivets and bolt. Rivets used are not the right kind for the AK and the bolt is defective.

The inside of my bolt carrier that groove that the bolt slides in and out of is worn down. The bolt isn’t sliding in that groove but going over the top of it and has made its own markings? Is this normal

$1800 isn't really entry level..

So I just started building an AR pistol using an Anderson Lower. So far, I got the mag release and bolt catch installed. Mag release is fine, but the bolt catch plunger was stuck. Took it to a gunsmith, he managed to get the plunger and spring out and re-drill the hole to fit the bolt catch plunger and spring back in. Now it works perfectly. It sucks, but these things happen, no matter what brand you get.

I understand where you coming from. But you sound dumb the way you talk. Also you have not used your rifle yet so you are not cut for such things. I am little OCD too but LMT and KAC are known for such issues. So it is your fault you did not do your research.

Well if you want the truth lol. Mark LameRue ended up firing his ppl that knew what they were doing. Now he has yes ppl working for him that don't know as much as the ppl he had lol. Also mark changed the making process of the triggers at LameRue. He doesn't mill the triggers any longer he molds them because the ppl that knew how to make those triggers were laid off due to marks financial problems. That's the truth. Ijs.

I picked this FN Tac 3 over DD m4v7. Swapped out the trigger with SSA-E and will eventually replace stock with B5 sopmod. Thanks for the content. Not much is put out about this rifle.

What a tool, first off the receiver is forged and the exterior is not machined. Also, to compare Aero Precision to Lewis Machine & Tool just really shows how truly ignorant you really portray yourself. Sad

Hello, I am a sports shooter and I am French living in France. I just received my Geissele automatics super Duty in 14.5 inches. I am a little disappointed because the thickness of the lower is 1.5 millimeters thick, the thickness of an AK 47. Compare to other brands like Daniel defense or Aero precision, or colt it’s very, very thin. It’s a 2023 model. I saw in youtube other Geissele automatics that are thicker. Do you think that the fact that it is very thin can be a robustness problem? 1.5 millimeters is very, very thin. Do you think I made the right choice? Merci beaucoup. Best regards

I got the larue. I shoot daily in backyard and my ddm4v7 lw trigger was tiring my finger during precision fire, so i just wanted something good enough to do what i need. I am good with my stock bcm pnt trigger, psa ept triggers are fine, but the DD are not even slightly improved milspec.. they are milspec milspec. Im sure there better triggers, i dont care. I dont want to most sensitive cleanest pure break.. i found going too outside the envelope on a normal trigger makes going back to a gun with a normal trigger getting used to for a mag or so, dont need or want that. Just want to hit 200 yard gatorade bottles with irons, the larue is way more than enough for this.

I have never in my life seen a more "touched" way to fit an upper and lower together before now.

Mileage may vary, buy a couple test ‘em in your rig and see if it works. Worst case eat the money and go back to oem or buy a nice sidecar rig. If you need more then 11 rds in a self defense sitch, you’re probably boned anyways 🤣

When I got my geissele and dry fire to test it, it felt cheap but after real testing it it became awesome! I will probably get a couple more when budget permits!

Dude the MRP is a forging heavily dependant on machining. I own several, they all have tooling marks some place or another. People don't normally buy an MRP because it looks pretty.
