In terms of the pinging noise next to your ear all you have to do is add a piece of rubber between the spring and the hammer. My friend in South Africa has a snowpeak m60b. He has a RUclips channel. He modifies guns for clients he's an engineer and machinist.

If you want to get rid of the hammer bounce noise you kan fit a 1mm pec of rubber between the hammer and hammer spring I also have a snowpeak m60 and I'm running 27gr H&N slugs at 1006 fps reg om 160bar but i have a exsturnal plenum on my gun as well ports have been opened up as well

Yes, I would recommend the M60B if you are on a budget or your first PCP. Mine has been performing very well since I got it.
