Sometimes a new pretty skull is too clean, symmetrical and familiar. You can make these forever and each one would turn out different. People see a lot of masks and props at Halloween but they are impressed by and remember the original ones.💀

About ten years ago I signed up for a year long class in makeup/hair/costume for film, tv and theatre. Sadly, after four months I dropped out due to serious creative differences between me and the teacher of the class (which I felt was not taking it seriously and not doing a very good job). Anyway, during that time we were occasionally working with liquid latex - a material I had used before - and I kept thinking that there should be some way to make a full mask using that..... But as it is liquid AND contains ammoniac it never got past the not-so-bright-idea stage.
But this.... My god! This is almost a step-by-step of how I envisioned making a mask back then!!
Spray foam. Huh! Who'd have thunk it! Awesome video! Thank you!
Oh, and an extra gold star for that really clever way of making super realistic looking teeth!!

I have used the other cheap can foam and LARGE panty hose in the past (spray inside the hose creates smooth round and oval shapes) to form very nice curvy props like the body of a giant spider but HAND sculpting can foam has me excited to try this.
