That plate for the eyes just opened up so many new doors for me. I've been practicing every weekend since before Halloween. I'm at the point stuff finally looks like what I'm going for.
@@StiltbeastStudios its definitely a fun new hobby. I just bought a cheap air brush so I get to learn that too. Also wanted to let you know my 2 daughters love your channel and you have inspired my youngest to sculpt also. My oldest loves monsters and all things scary.
this is just what i needed!!! i've been working on a life size "the meep" recently (from doctor who) and have been too scared to make the head because i'm terrified that it'l go wrong, but because of this video i'll be working on it later today!!!
I think that turned out great, just like everything you do Allen. And I hope you don't take this the wrong way, but I've been watching your videos for over 10 years, and have slowly seen your physique get, er, larger over the years. I'm really glad to hear that you're starting to get healthier and losing weight. I used to smoke, and it was incredible how bad it was for my health, but since giving up 5 years ago, the difference it has made is quite significant. Keep up the health program!
Another super great project, I LOVE the Grinch and you did another awesome job! CONGRATS on your weight loss journey! 30 lbs is a big accomplishment- be proud of that!!! 🎉👍🥳😎✌️👻🎃
Awesomage sandwhich and Neato Frito Banditos, man!!.😮😮 Mr. H., can we maybe see an art figure of sorts made from this stuff? Thank you sir. Oh, by the way, congrats on the the belly bustin'. Thats the best part of the viddy. We want you around for a long, long, long time Hauntcho!!😊😊
Well said, on adding to a piece. Never be afraid! This looks amazing. I want to win the Slimer. you know you have to make it, no way around it. Then maybe even a gremlin, if feeling Christmas spirits.
Thank you for posting another one of these spray foam videos! Can I make a request for the next spray foam mask? Can you make the Grand High Witch (Angelica Houston version)? That would be so cool!
He looks awesome. Great job. It looked sorta like a sleestak from the "Land of the Lost" in the beginning stages. I think you could easily make one using your technique.
@@StiltbeastStudios where can I get the base or make the base head that you molded the grinch on. I want to make some heads and wanted to know where you got it
I'm on a mission to contact all the RUclips channels I recommend to people asking about how to make a item. Your definitely one of my favorites, if not my top favorite channel. Today I was watching a newer ( or possibly newer to me channel) & it was a woman showing how to make a Gothic facade using pink foam. She was melting in her design with a soldering iron & her face was about 18" away from the melting foam, she didn't have a respirator on!!! Could you please comment on your safety equipment that you use ( if you don't already) as you use it. I recall you have a ventilator system. I believe you also use a mask when appropriate among other safety behaviors. I entire video on best safety practices would be helpful, but hard telling if it would draw views. I just dread the thought that new or young makers aren't fallowing safety practices. I suspect we need to drive it into there brains, so please help me drive the point into them... Maybe craft an old iron spike out of foam ( or faux wooden stakes), so quick & easy but gives the opportunity to show best safe practices for those people who are not thinking about protection for their organs. Thanks for hearing me out . And really appreciate your channel.
I made a giant cobra, about 4 1/2 feet tall, just the head and neck so far, to go with my mummy for Halloween, base is spray foam over chicken wire frame, topped with loctite spray foam for more detail, my question is to make it waterproof what would be a good coating? I have thought about using monster mud, wanted to know your thoughts for best outcome for waterproofing spray foam. Thanks
Hello I'm looking for a material that will be super stretchy kinda like Armstrong stretch toy so I can make a mask that I can pull on the mouth and stretch the mouth like when nightmare before Christmas jack skellington did. I want to make a mask that can stretch do you know any ideas.
Congratulations on getting healthier, Allen ❤
I don't care what season it is! I always love watching these foam videos. Excellent job, as always!
Glad you like them!
Bug did an excellent job with the painting. I like the rough texture of his skin, it makes him look more realistic.
Happy you enjoyed this one!
Props on the weight loss🎉
Now to make it to 75!

@StiltbeastStudios 😀 thank you, boss. I know how that goes, In the words of john wayne in the cowboys, "I tend to enjoy the gut myself."🙃
The Grouch turned out magnificent.
Great work by Allen Hopps and beautiful paint job by Bug💗
I LOVE IT
Happy you enjoyed it!
It looks amazing, it’d be cool if you guys made a foam bust of the haunted mask from goosebumps or even a bust of the cat in the hat 😂
Glad you enjoyed this one!

I would love to have a big Slimer in my house. Just not sure how to build the frame for the foam
It’s possible a slimer tutorial is in the works.

@StiltbeastStudios Thank you, I do.🙂
I did a full size Slimer after watching your channel. I made it sans arms as it was a costume for my son. I kept it and still have it.
Respect for your talent
Great job.

I have question can you cast locktite spray foam into a mask

Where did you get the model head that you sprayed the grinch onto??? I want to do this but need to have something to use
When I put the foam on it started falling down how do I fix that
I think if you would’ve formed out the mouth more forward under the nose, it would’ve balanced the cheekiness
The Grinch is my favorite
Damn I wish I was a patreon ...UGH
Next video..SLIMER BUILD!!!!!
A grouch to ruin festivity in whomesville
What is the spray you're using??
The spray after each time you use the foam
