Recipe looks so good! But, I could not find the written recipe. Would you tell me just how much corn starch to use. I can estimate how much spices to use.
no corn starch in this recipe, but I guess if you wanted the sauce a little thicker you could add a teaspoon mixed with some water then added to the sauce to thicken
1tsp of sugar is about 4-5g carbs. This alone wouldn't be enough to knock you out of keto but definitely avoid it if you want to play it safe. I've subbed Erythritol into cooking where some sweetness was needed and it's worked really well
I do wish cooks who make videos about cooking raw prawns would state timings. These prawns appeared to be a lot longer in the pan than I would choose. Some videos specify 2 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other. Other videos say 30 seconds per side. It's just too easy to overcook raw prawns so that they become rubbery. Yet another recipe I watched said to wait till the prawns turn pink. All a bit hit and miss.
Hard to put exact timings as cooking on different hobs will produce different results with different cooking times. I would suggest with prawns that a higher heat is better. Larger prawns are more forgiving in terms of overcooking, etc.
