Excellent video Ryan on your driving secret! Here of late, I have fallen into this routine whereas I use the proper set up as you pointed out, but in the same instance, my distance is lacking. I will have to reassess my downswing to determine if it's the same conclusion as you have pointed out. Good Job Ryan!
I tend to hang back on all shots-- I tried the Faldo tip the other day- try to have your knees "kiss" on the downswing, (when your lead knee rotates, the right knee should try to follow-- and your belt buckle ends up facing the target) which helped me a bit. Sort of ended up the same way you did on the good drives. I was hitting longer drives (albeit not towering-- I'm 55 and a 12 handicap) and was taking "good divots" on iron strikes.and shot 40 on the front 9 before my legs got tired and limped home with a 44).
Good lesson. I had this issue recently, was hitting down on the ball , but I first thought it was tee height. Figured out the problem myself eventually. Your lesson came too late😢
@@westmauimopeds494 literally this video but with an iron? Hit the ball as high as u can off a high tee. I can’t just do the same video as above but change driver to an iron… just do the same as this video but with an iron……
Thanks Ryan for your clear driver swing instruction.,
Thanks for watching mate. Hope you’re well.

If distance is lacking then you need more speed. Period. If I want to hit it longer I need to swing it faster.
Thanks..my aoa on the radar is 'freuently' down...this is the medicine my swing needs.

can you do a video of iron to get the ball flight high...
Do the same “feel” of this but with an iron.

Agree, same thing but use an iron - you’d hit the ball further, straighter and a nice height- hopefully
Thanks Ryan !
