I like what you said about focusing at the start. I think with most new endeavours, not just business. There is usually one core thing to focus on. That keeps moving things forward. Consistency is also key! The hard part is keeping going after the novelty has worn off.

Love it! Interesting take on the pre order flows.
Just an idea, you could connect the pop up to a welcome flow nurturing them into becoming a first time buyer.
Once they purchase they are then added to a post purchase.
For the pre purchase welcome flow you could have a few emails in there to warm up the prospect.
Thank them for joining, tell them about the brands story, remind them of the discount/ offer. I’ve built welcome flows with 10 emails and they are working flawlessly
