Broke my m17s hinge so I had a panic attack and warmed up to the idea of prying off the bezel by watching this video. Used a guitar pick, removed loose screws inside the screen, found replacement screws in old broken tech. My deepest thanks, it’s like it never happened.
I have to replace my 17 R3 screen, and i’ll be using your great video as a guide. I was wondering if it was possible to work a screen upgrade in? Laptops are not my forte. Thanks!

I would recommend disconnect the battery first , before to disconnect and connect the LCD cable to avoid risk of serious damages into the motherboard
