LAMB RACK at home | CAST IRON searing and basting (No Oven)

Hi, welcome back to my kitchen! Today, I prepared a Lamb Rack, simply by searing and basting on a cast iron skillet. It is perfect for people who don't have access to an oven.

Salt and Pepper
Rosemary
Garlic
Butter
