- To me, a rack of lamb is the king of all lamb cuts. This herb-crusted lack of lamb is fairly easy to make and packs so much flavor. If you wanted to coat and cook the whole rack of lamb instead of cutting it up that also works!!

This herb crusted rack of lamb seriously hit the spot!! I just buy mine at costco as they are half the price that a super market sells them at.
POV: you're a hater: why would I buy lamb racks from a hyper autistic weird man :/
Just a joke love the contect I've made lots of your recipes
love your vids man, bless
@@masterdoom7137 this is great
Why don't you removed the membrane from the back of the full rack? Also, can't you just cross hatch the fat above the loin instead of trimming it away? Cheers
I know Im randomly asking but does any of you know of a trick to log back into an Instagram account??
I somehow forgot my account password. I love any help you can give me.
when he slaps that table or throws something after the first bite thats when you know the recipe is worth trying
I do it every time because they’re all good!!😆
It's all fun and games till he break his desk eating something godly.
That means the fridge is getting it
I especially enjoy when he smacks the refrigerator
This video may be two years old but let me tell you, Sonny has developed one of the best cooking channels on this web. His experience is impeccable, his recipes are mostly practical. It’s like getting the private home cook playbook from a actual chef. I love it!
The Naan recipe randomly popped into my recommended.... and now I am kind of obsessed and binge watching... 😐 ❤️
"I put a lot of work into these videos, just press the button man." I'm dying. You earned your like from me :')
I love how you teach. I'm so afraid often to explore new foods which honestly cost quite a bit more than standard beef, chicken and pork. Not because of the expense but because of the fear of failure. Your new videos are so relaxing and energetic. I even find your awkward older videos charming. Now I need to figure out how to make this lamb in my truck. Thanks for all you do. Happy Holidays!
I love the energy, the hitting stuff, and obviously the food
Thank you and sergeant Gilbert for making me appreciate cooking meat indoors. My answer for everything was the griller outside until I bumped into you guys 😊.
I’ll let him know!! Thanks!
I like cooking both indoors and outdoors, cant go wrong with some rustic cooking and frying up a trout right next to the river.
Your skills and recipes are amazing! Thanks for doing this!!
Yes love lamb! Love your videos. Thank you for teaching us how to cook.
You are the MAN! Thank you for all the amazing videos! Ive learned alot for you.
You’re awesome you open my eyes to new things that I wouldn’t think about
I love your videos man. I just made a new batch of rosemary salt for the third time in 2 months since I learned your ways. Keep up the bv energy and keep killing it man! I love it.. im a single father and i have to do all the cooking. now I have some grilling plans for the weekend. Thanks for the channel
Love his channel, he makes cooking fun. Great cook Great recipes. Keep them coming 👌
This was amazing. Made this for my mom today for Mother's Day, and she was so happy. Thank you!
Excellent recipe for the crust. It came out great!
A lot of people can teach and a lot of people can make videos, but you do both extremely well. You pack more info and entertainment in a 4 min. video than anyone else by far. Great job!
Love your vids! It’s def helped me learn to cook since the start of quarantine!
You’re welcome!
Me too
Been cooking professionally for 15 years was looking for a specific crust came across one of your shorts and been watching a few of your videos very entertaining and great recipes
😁😂"all you gotta do is just press a button man" ...u right...I pressed the button and will from now on as I finish binge watching your channel 👏👏👏👍👍
Exactly what I was looking for thank you man!
That was so funny what you said about making lollipop from the lamb! 😂😂🤣
Looks amazing, will be doing this!
I made this recipe for my first time making rack of lamb - it was so easy and incredibly delicious!!! I impressed everyone lol
That makes me want to cook this so bad. Looks delicious.
I would love to see you cook some other parts of the lamb! The neck is soooo flavourful!
You are easily my new favourite chef ❤
Haha makes me happy
@@thatdudecancook Your cooking makes me happy. The passion, the precision, the adherence to quality ingredients. This I am very much enamoured with 😉
This recipe was the bomb. I made this for Christmas and it was a big hit. Add some lightly salted pistachios with the herbs for an extra crunch. Cooked it with Australian lamb from Costco. Definitely a repeat recipe
Oooohhhh, the pistachios is a good idea. How many did you add?
Oooohhhh, the pistachios is a good idea. How many did you add?
Sonny - my wife now thinks I’m a cooking genius, all thanks to your videos. Keep them coming pal!
I just recently discovered you. An man I just gotta say. I love watching your videos.!
Cooking this on Christmas, wish me luck!!
Great video as always! I feel sorry for you the day Skynet takes over your refrigerator lol 😂 😝
I love the rosemary salt it takes the steaks i make and gives a extra flavor blast
Dude, quality content on your youtube! Found you on tiktok. Keep it up!!
Made it for V-Day... Amazing recipe! I will definately be hitting your channel up for more.

You're awesome, love you show..!
My birthday is coming up, I think I might have to treat myself to this one
Wow that looks amazing! Everything's has to taste better with the Rosemary salt
Bout to do this with a lamb loin roast this weekend
I love to watch your videos
Now I’m going to try your way to do lamb
Trying this tomorrow
Sargent Gilbert ..... a hero ... the man
that lamb looked absolutely bob-on Sonny, great tutorial and got me wanting some lamb now. I agree about the rack as well, I recommend that cut to people who don't think they like lamb, the flavour is more delicate than the leg or shoulder for sure.
Oh I remember a while back when I had more subscribers than you for about 5 minutes then you went and took over the world of tik tok and now look storming on up the road, good for you mate. And really glad your making youtube videos again, the tik tok thing just isn't for me sorry to say, bit too manic?
When he said I want this one I felt that
I love them seasoned with just olive oil salt & pepper
I love the intensity & the skill, and I find very helpful, Cecil age 80
That dude can cook
I get value from every one of your videos.
Delicious
I gave in and came to check out your channel from your Short vids in the RUclips app. I like your energy a lot better in these long form videos compared to the manic energy in the Shorts. I understand though, you only have a few seconds to catch our attention and have to crank it up to a 10. I dropped a sub and will check out your socials.
Any chance you have some sous vide recipes??
Only one so far but it was great!
😂😂😂 love it haha
Gorgeous! Im fkn salivating!
I've to admit that I got a little bit scared in between, but then I got hungry. 😅🤤😂
Awesome 🤘❤🤙
I pressed the button man!
I pressed the button dude!
The fridge needed a sidewinder rabbit punch for the spilled salt
Nice can you please do Chermoula condiment recipe
I press that button for you man
That poor fridge 😂😂😂
I made the salt and I just can't help sticking my face in it now.
Sonny really twisted Sargent Gilbert’s head 10 times.....
❤️
Rosemary salt down!!!
I subscribed because of his catch phrase
I had to subscribe after you said I put a lot of work in these videos
press the button, man!
Man I need a pan like yours, please share the link.
👏🏻👏🏻
Chef in which part you used parmigiano
I'd love to see more lengthy recipe videos
Like longer than this you mean?
I think the pace and length of this video is perfect. Not too long where it drifts off into the weeds, yet short enough to keep you riveted without being overwhelmed or feel like you're missing something.
@@woolieboys your opinion. I'd like to see longer videos if I wanted short ones I'd watch tiktok I wasnt being hateful or mean just honest
@@thatdudecancook lol I can imagine this must seem so long compared to a tiktok! I watch a lot of cooks like babish and Joshua weissman, its really enjoyable to have a 20 to 30 min video cause people enjoy not just the recipes but the creators personality too! You kinda just get into it and then its over and you get a bit disappointed. Not being harsh or anything just trying to help let you know what some subscribers may be looking for
@@Fionamarie0211 yeah I’ll do longer ones for sure, it really depends what the recipe is though. I don’t like to drag my videos out unless it makes sense.
how am I JUST seeing this video!?
❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥
This channel is really underrated
So is your channel name.
@@Jiimys187 thx man
I'm coming back stronger than ever this year....this time last year I had no rosemary salt...NOW I've taken over 15 nations via rosemary salt alone
10-12 minute tops for the bake.
Ready when you are sergeant gilber
I pressed the button!
I just watch his videos to see him attack his fridge
could i use this recipe on steak?
Why not sear in the iron skillet?
ROSEMARY SALT IF YOU KNOW YOU KNOW!
What is rosemary
Salt
Can I infuse THC
how is that fridge still standing
Seriously, it took over 30 minutes for mine to cook, and they were still rare. Only difference was I have three cutlets per rack,. not two.
Making this tomorrow WITH your rosemary salt. If it isn’t good I’m suing you for everything
I wish I could try some fresh lamb chops but in my part of the world we don't raise lamb so its crazy expensive and frozen. If I'm dropping big money for meat,I don't want it frozen.
When making this has anyone made a sauce for it? Or is it need it?
It doesn't really need it in my opinion. Nobody at my dinner table was missing a sauce to go along with it
@@pushbbcp that is awesome . And you were right!! Made this for Christmas and it was great. I should of added a little more rosemary salt next time thought but other than that it was a hit!!!
THIS IS A GORDON RAMSAY RECIPE
Love you too... AN I'M OUT!
