  • To me, a rack of lamb is the king of all lamb cuts. This herb-crusted lack of lamb is fairly easy to make and packs so much flavor. If you wanted to coat and cook the whole rack of lamb instead of cutting it up that also works!!

      Why don't you removed the membrane from the back of the full rack? Also, can't you just cross hatch the fat above the loin instead of trimming it away? Cheers

    I love how you teach. I'm so afraid often to explore new foods which honestly cost quite a bit more than standard beef, chicken and pork. Not because of the expense but because of the fear of failure. Your new videos are so relaxing and energetic. I even find your awkward older videos charming.     This recipe was the bomb. I made this for Christmas and it was a big hit. Add some lightly salted pistachios with the herbs for an extra crunch. Cooked it with Australian lamb from Costco. Definitely a repeat recipe

    that lamb looked absolutely bob-on Sonny, great tutorial and got me wanting some lamb now. I agree about the rack as well, I recommend that cut to people who don't think they like lamb, the flavour is more delicate than the leg or shoulder for sure.
    Oh I remember a while back when I had more subscribers than you for about 5 minutes then you went and took over the world of tik tok and now look storming on up the road, good for you mate. And really glad your making youtube videos again, the tik tok thing just isn't for me sorry to say, bit too manic?

      I think the pace and length of this video is perfect. Not too long where it drifts off into the weeds, yet short enough to keep you riveted without being overwhelmed or feel like you're missing something.

I watch a lot of cooks like babish and Joshua weissman, its really enjoyable to have a 20 to 30 min video cause people enjoy not just the recipes but the creators personality too! You kinda just get into it and then its over and you get a bit disappointed. Not being harsh or anything just trying to help let you know what some subscribers may be looking for

    Seriously, it took over 30 minutes for mine to cook, and they were still rare. Only difference was I have three cutlets per rack,. not two.

    I wish I could try some fresh lamb chops but in my part of the world we don't raise lamb so its crazy expensive and frozen. If I'm dropping big money for meat,I don't want it frozen.
