    This was a really good presentation of the whole cooking process. No chit chat, no vlogging about some trip to Italy where you learned the recipe from an old grandma in a village, no weird ingredients, just straight up COOKING! Well done!

      I thought the same thing, the sheen on that pan made me envious, but I’ve got my Lodge used and seasoned well enough that my fried eggs don’t stick.

    Hose are some very well maintained and seasoned cast iron skillets there my friend.
    We are only as good as the tools we use. Good job. I'm going to try this tonight.
    Got my garlic and rosemary yesterday and my cast iron skillet and lamb today.
    My cast iron skillet is in the oven seasoning as I type this. Cant wait !

    it was absolutely delicious, and so easy to make. I served it with scalloped potatoes, brussel sprouts baked in a small amount of maple syrup. thank you, I'll make it again.

      So simple and so very delicious! I may have put a little too much oil in
      the cast iron pan as they didn't brown quite as much as I like them -
      so will do it again one of these days.

    Great video. Best to add the rosemary late in the sautéing. By adding at the beginning, it’s likely to become bitter or worse, burn.

    Tried this for dinner tonight with the garlic crushed but peeled and a non-stick pan. It turned out beautifully but i'm sure the browning would have been better with cast iron. Very easy, very delicious. Thank you!

      @@GooinBoots funny u say that. They actually have that in China 😂 just like the square card reader that plugs into your headphone jack, the is a device that can produce different scents from a frequency. Think of a glade plug-in plugged into your phone. It's crazy

    This recipe was great for me. I did modify it by soaking the lamb chops in lemon and subbed rosemary for thyme. My wife loved it and it was her first experience with lamb.

    Pls help noobs like me out, what heat dial setting is the stove in throughout the 6-10 minutes? Does it vary? Or stay consistent?
