The penguins are actually worse in real life. They made them PG compared to how they are. Hell a guy who was sent to observe and study them claimed that those were the most disturbing beings he's ever observed.
Actually, Mort isn't a Sky God. In fact, he isn't immortal, because of the events of Exiled, all of the hints that Mort had were just memories that were from other versions of Mort or his family due to him absorbing their essences. In the Madagascar commentary, Director Tom McGrath confirmed that Mort is 50 years old, as Mouse Lemurs live up to 50 years.

@@TheAnimationologist Actually, while Timo did ask Morticus Khan if he’s saying that Morts are immortal, Morticus Khan responded to him saying that Morts are inter dimensional beings (Which does mean he’s saying that Timo’s answer is incorrect). So no, the possibility of Mort being immortal is just a fan theory.

In my mind the original gang ages I would put Melon as the oldest Gloria and Alex being middle (Gloria being older than Alex) and Marty being the youngest

Apparently that sentence is quoting something his father said, rather than saying it himself. It's also possible it's "6 to 8" rather than 68. Considering that lemurs only live up to about 40 years at most, and that Julien XIII's father would likely be about the same age as Julien XII (Julien XIII's uncle), who is still alive in AHKJ, 68 doesn't seem likely. Ring-tailed lemurs are fully grown at about 2.5 years old, so it could be that Julien XIII is only 2 or 3 at the start of the series and that his father is 6 to 8.
