There is no healing bed, or healing NPC on the SS Anne in generation 1. That was added in Fr/Lg. (There is a healing bed in the SS Aqua in generation 2 though.)
Yes I remember that nice addition when doing silver after only ever playing red before it
Man I swear this is some Mandela effect I remember speaking to someone next to a bed on the ship but I didn't do a lot of resets on my copy of yellow
@@jerryreed6024
Mandela effect is an illusion anyway🙃🙃🙃
@@jerryreed6024 you just remember wrong
@@paulthepotato9311 you're.probably right just weird fact that too many remember wrong and I figure there a lot like me that either played multiple games in a short time or didn't want to reset when they were so far
If someone is a good programmer it would be fun to do a Venomoth run where its typing is randomized for every battle
Where is atsign when you need them
@smallant should do a race against him if atsign was up to making the hack
I had that same idea. It would be great to see it!
Yes, this. Have each named opponent have a Venomoth of a different type (with a complimentary moveset) as their ace.
I feel like this would be relatively simple to do as long as you know anything about making ROM hacks for Pokemon Yellow. Unfortunately, I do not.
I have to admit, I'm quite fond of the Venemoth typing joke. It's something unique to this channel that likely would not have come into being anywhere else. I mean, how often do people think about Venemoth? It's one of those pokemon that people forget about, so having it be front and center kind of fits one of the themes of this channel, namely bringing attention to pokemon that people forget.
I'm fond of the joke far more then something like "water onix" for Gyrados which is buried and dead to me. His efforts to make the Venemoth argument seem legitimate along with art alterations really sells it. Its also not consistently in every single video which keeps it fresh. It feels similar to how I pronounce certain pokemon names due to being the only one who would say them aloud for the longest time as a kid in that logical way.
Same
I will say gen 1 isn’t really that forgotten because Nintendo won’t let us. They always get the new forms and evolutions. Whatever. I’m kinda over gen 1 mostly but gen 2 has always been my personal favorite.
Grass/Flying (or whatever) Venomoth is to Scott's Thoughts as Wooder Onix is to mah dry bread as Agatha's lottery is to Jrose
@@adventureoflinkmk2 I still like 2 of 3 of those. Agatha lottery makes a ton of sense given she can singlehandedly ruin any single pokemon run.
Venomoth, as the only Poison/Dragon/Psychic/Grass/Flying/Dark/Ghost/Bug type is really good as a mascot
Don’t forget, at one point it also had the Critical Hit typing
Its ??? Type
You left out Normal type as well
Neat thing about Venomoth: It's Steel/Fighting Typing renders it neutral to Psychic and weak to ground, which is functionally quite similar to Venonat's bug/poison typing regarding resistances and weaknesses.
Didn't it get retyped to Fairy/Fighting? Two generational type changes, no wonder Scott can never get it right.
This mistyping gag has lost its appeal
Is that why it can learn Steel Wing?
@@andysnider6984 since when?
@@MeriadocMyr fairy/poison i think
It's interesting to see how fast it could be considering the downsides of being Bird/Ghost type.
Honestly controversial opinion but “bird type > normal “ there I said it
Bird type XD
As someone who struggles a lot in school with my ADHD, hearing you share your own struggles meant a lot to me. I really relate to that issue of not being able to understand why I can’t just do things other people can do, and to Pokemon being an escape from the struggles of a school system not built for people like me. Thank you for sharing that.
You’re welcome. Thanks for sharing as well. It’s been so helpful to get these comments and know just how many of us share similar experiences.
I’m 35 and I’m still battling severe adhd that wasn’t treated. Pokémon is a good way to handle and deal with it, as there’s a lot of repetitive aspects in it. I also suggest pitching in baseball or tennis
20:47 thank you for sharing that. My son is almost 5 and he exhibits a lot of these behaviors. Hit really close to home ❤️
Just as a quick aside, positive reinforcement works WAAAAY better for ADHD people, rather than negative (I mean, that's true in general, but far more so for ADHD people because our brains suck at producing dopamine).
Pointing out what he's doing well, and guiding to do better are generally going to give much better results than chastising will
So true! Also my ADHD really aids my creativity, and how I tend to just jump for things that others find risky. It’s really not always a deficit!
@@ScottsThoughtsPokemon It's definitely a badly named condition. And it's definitely a case of pros and cons rather than ADHD = Bad
Pro: Generally better in stressful situations
Con: Normal life things are waaaay more stressful than they should be sometimes because organising/remembering is a patchy sort of thing, impulse control isn't always the best and sometimes it's easier to just give it a go and figure out the rest later!
Pro: Creative thinker, often sees "outside the box"
Con: That's most likely because we got bored sitting in the box and wandered off to find something new/interesting. Now people are worried or irritated because we're not where we were told to be.
But anyways, I just wanted to say I love your content. I've been watching since your Porygon video in 2020, I just really enjoyed it and you've only gotten better since. You keep doing you! You're producing good stuff!
Dont forget, due to enemy venomoth adapting to your starter choice that enemy venomoth will be fire/flying
As opposed to a Water/Flying or Electric/Flying.
I love how you conclude all of your deep emotional stories together in a well written and nicely put way, then they are immediately followed by "BUTT wants to fight!"
;)
It’s finally happening. Gonna be a good way to bring 2021 to a close.
Congrats on 26k, Scott.
Why did I always assume that he has like 300K subs? Never looked at the actual number and just made the assumption based on the quality of his content...
Your story about Pokemon being your safe place when you were a kid is so relatable to me. Thanks for sharing. Sending young Scott a hug, hope you're doing well now mental health wise.
Venomoth is legit one of my favorite Gen 1 Pokémon. It looks really cool, and it's one of the stronger Kanto bugs (not that that's saying much). It got even better in later games with the Tinted Lens ability and moves like Quiver Dance.
I love how Lorelei, the first member of the E4, is almost always the hardest in these challenges.
I was not ready for the intense honesty around 21 minutes in, you have an excellent attitude for a situation in which it feels like everybody around you failed you. Oof. Here’s to a brighter future with better educators.
Not sure how good the run will be if you're getting something as basic as the typing wrong, we all know Venomoth was the first Water/Grass type.
No, see, he's using a Regional Variant. I think it's the Galarian form from the Crown Tundra.
You are wrong about the typing.
@@andysnider6984 thatsthejoke.jpg
@@andysnider6984 yeah, i don't know what this guy's on about. it's obviously ground/fairy, i thought everyone knew that
@@andysnider6984 r/whoooooooosh
Venomoth also did great work on my indirect attack only run. supersonic, poison powder, reflect, & double team. theres actually not a lot of pokemon in gen1 that learn confuse ray, or fast pokemon that learn poisonpowder. with an x accuracy and the boosts from reflect/doubleteam, venomoth really does feel like a ninja
I'm curious how a fire/ghost type will do.
I think it learns psychic and mega drain through tms which will be great for some of the later battles like Giovanni and Agatha. I'm not sure about what else it gets though. I never used it during gen 1 since you get it quite late and I already used butterfree or even beedrill.
I've expressed my affection for Bug types before, so the fact that this Bug Looking Dragon/Psychic type is one of the Pokemon I've always wanted to see more of is no surprise.
I'd like to see Paras in a run, however I think you shouldn't disallow sleep strategies since its signature move is Spore, a Sleep move with 100% accuracy, so sleep strats are kind of its identity.
I didn’t realize a Pokémon hitting itself in confusion ended Bide.
Yeah, me either
9:50 IIRC, one of the beds in one of the very first rooms on the ship will let you heal your pokemon. So you could heal without going to a pokemon center.
I was surprised he didn’t do that the early game resets could be avoided
If I'm correct, that's fr/lg; not rgb/y! Atleast I know it isn't in rgb; not sure about yellow.
@@sunsetiisms you have to talk to the Girl in the room iirc
Only frlg. No ss Anne heal in gen 1
@@ScottsThoughtsPokemon glad to know I remembered it right! Bet they made the change so the player had an easier time using all the trainers on the ship to train, which is just a quality of life improvement.
Sleep Powder and Psychic carried this run, as expected of a grass/psychic type
venomoth is my favorite steel/dark/fairy type
What a journey this video was! I feel like you are really happy and putting your heart and soul into your content. Wishing you the best for 2022!
I know this was premiered four hours ago, and at the time of writing its still twenty - ish minutes away, but getting a venomoth run so close to my birthday on the first is such a treat ❤
I never used venomoth much but in White 2, where I named one after my now deceased Grandfather. It's a wonderful Pokemon though, my favourite bug even! Plus, the typing joke is my favourite on this channel! Love the steel/fairy type bug.
You finally acknowledged Venomoth's true type! Will wonders never cease? Jokes aside now you have two mascots. No one said that you can only have. Now I am looking forward to the great venofree race that occurs only once per region.
Thanks for sharing Scott, it’s not an easy thing to do, really appreciate that you opened up about that. I have even more respect for you then I did before. Venomoth really does seem like the perfect mascot for your channel. Keep up the great work sir, you’re an awesome person and my favourite Pokemon RUclipsr ever.
Thanks for the comment Graham! I’m glad be opening up was meaningful in some way. It was scary but I want people to get to know me a bit better.
I love the acknowledgement in the thumbnail. I thought this was gonna be our holiday vid, but even more hyped to see this to close 2021!
This helped offset a lot of the emotional pain of losing Betty White RN for me.
Ah yes Venomoth, my favorite Bird/???? type Pokémon! I can’t wait to see your playthrough with this legendary beast :)
PS thanks for sharing your story Scott! You’re a champ :)
Also if it makes you feel any better, I had 2 friends who swore to me up and down that wiscash was a water/ground/psychic types because it could learn surf, magnitude, and amnesia.
Thanks for sharing your story about growing up with ADHD and how that shaped your life at school as a child. I'm sure it's not easy to talk about, but I think it's good to talk about! As someone who had a similar experience growing up it is very affirming to hear that I'm not the only one that had struggles like that.
👍 You go Serena!
You're most certainly not alone!
Been systematically watching your vids, and as a gen 1 kid/guy it’s been fun to go on repeat journeys through Kanto and Johto has been fun, and you’re funny, without the crass snarkiness or crudeness other poketubers have.
Agreed. I know Scott said he takes inspiration from them, but I liked MDB and JRose before they took off, but now that they have, they both seem a little…pompous?
The Johto games had an interesting set of changes. Koga gets promoted to the Elite Four and the previous ranks of Bruno, Agatha and Lance go up by one. Will takes over for Lorelei and Karen takes over for Agatha. Lance gets promoted to Champion three years after Red and Blue retire from the Pokemon League. As Koga gets promoted to Elite Four member, Janine takes over as Fuschia City Gym Leader. Blue, the former Pokemon League champion who lost to Red, replaces Giovanni as Viridian City Gym Leader. You get to face the Generation I protagonist after getting all 16-badges and he uses Pokemon Yellow gift Pokemon. Red and Lance share the same battle theme because you are fighting two Indigo League Champions. Red represented the Kanto Indigo League Champion whereas Lance represented the Johto Indigo League Champion.
Kinda refreshing to hear someone so open about their upbringing and willing to tastefully self-depricate while telling stories of your experiences.
JRose has the more informative content all around, but you've got the greater charm and immaculate Venomoth knowledge.
Happy new year, Scott.
Ah, my favourite Dark/fairy type, looking forward to this run
@RillaPro dark is also not in gen 1……….
I think this is my favorite video since I follow your work: I just loved the way you mixed your personal experience with the gameplay. Really good storytelling. Keep rocking!
I'm glad to hear you made it through such a rough childhood. You're a really great person to be able to do that.
What a feel-good video to end the year with ☺️❤️ Thank you Scott
Scott, thank you for opening up in this video! Happy New Year. I love your content and look forward to more in the future.
This is a great video. Thank you for sharing your childhood story and how it ties into your new mascot. Congrats on the change, and onward to many more!
Your honesty and openness made me have to comment. I think your videos are well edited, Narrated, funny and overall just some of my favorite Pokémon content. I look forward to watching your growth through 2022. Keep up the amazing work my friend! 🥰
Thanks Nitpicking Nerds for leaving a comment without a single nitpick :)
@@ScottsThoughtsPokemon thank you for makes great content. I am a content creator myself and truly appreciate the work you put in. 🥰
It's my favorite Bug dragon type! Also a cool idea would be a run in a newer game with venamoth, but Everytime you level up the types randomizes. That way you can get all the wrong type jokes
The long awaited run of the first triunal type pokemon. Great new years gift, lets see how the psychic flying dragon type does!
This video felt more personal and thus it was even better. Thanks for sharing your story with us, great video as always Scott!!
I love your channel! Congrats on all the success of 2021! Here’s to an iconic 2022!! Wooo!!
Pretty good run here! I can't believe leech life was so useful! When I was looking at the TM list, I was thinking double edge would probably be better than leech life due to the fact that it does almost twice as much damage than a super effective stab leech life, but I didn't consider the healing effect. Psychic worked against basically everything other than psychic types, healing from leech life was really useful, and it being x4 effective against Exeggutor meant the bug move was actually... good!
Combine that with psychic, sleep powder, and mega drain healing, and you had a moveset that honestly does not look all that impressive at first, yet deals with literally everything the game can throw at you. Its like venomoth had barely enough for everything, to the point where it never got walled.
Congratulations Venomoth on your new mascothood status.
Just be aware that this is most likely the first, last, and only run you will ever be a bug/poison type in Yellow.
It is.
My son has ADHD, and he has many of the same challenges you described: inability to remember some things, executive function problems, poor behavior control, etc.
Thankfully we managed to notice these things while he was in PreK and he has thrived in homeschool.
I’ve noticed that video games (particularly Pokémon, Minecraft, and other RPGs) completely captivate him. He can remember crafting recipes, Pokémon types and moves, and other things easily. So we often relate his lessons to video games, and it works wonders for him.
Thank you for your vulnerability, Scott. Keep up the great content!
Yeah, I'm similar. I have certain things that I can remember really well (mostly process oriented) but facts/data just disappear. It's great you discovered this when he was in PreK and now can relate lessons to video games!
thank you very much for this video. sharing your struggles with the world was maybe not easy but I really respect you for doing it. Venomoth is also quickly becoming my favorite pokémon and you are helping it with this video. keep up the good work!
Happy 2022! I'm very glad that you'll be switching up your mascot, we've had so much fun with Venomoth on this channel and I'm excited for us to all discover what type this critter really is!
you do not get enough credit for the work you do man. the overlays are beautiful, and the game play and narration is top notch. keep up the good work my dude
Thanks for the encouragement Walker, I'll keep working and improving as I go!
Wow! I knew bug types in Gen 1 are notoriously bad, but Venomoth having the psychic type as well definitely helps it! Having the best & worst type in Gen 1 has it’s own perks I guess.
In all seriousness though, I love the ongoing Venomoth jokes. No matter how many times I hear them, they never fail to make me giggle.
I'm glad this was the first video I watched this year, it was nice to learn a bit more about you! Also great to hear that I'm not the only one who had a lot of trouble in things like class and pokemon due to ADHD...Thank you for making this
Welcome :)
Your story in the middle of this video about going to school with ADHD has me on the verge of tears and was almost to a tee my experience too, and the reason I became such a Pokémon fan…. The escape from the day to day was what I needed as a kid to make it through.
It’s amazing to see there are other people in this world that have had similar experiences to me, because growing up I was singled out because nobody else I went to school with had the issues I did…
Sorry to hear you went through similar experiences as I did…. But I’m glad we found Pokémon as a refuge!
00:42
Tbh unlike the Fossil "Joke" I never could get tired of the Venomoth meme. It can be made in so many variations and feels way more charming that it comes from yourself and not just taken from somewhere else.
Just my humble opinion.
Scott, I'm glad you're channel has taken off and you've given Venomoth some love, I've always loved poison types.
Also Behemoth is an incredible name for this run. Thank you for that and a good start to my New Year.
The lore behind poketubers mascots are always so cute and unique and reminds me a lot of my own experiences playing pokemon and the associations and memories attached to different mons. Watching this moment culminate over the months into this conclusion is so fun. :)
Thanks for posting this to close out 2021, Scott. Your story is relatable to a lot of us. Cheers, mate.
Cheers!
also happy new year bro, this is the vid thats made me love this channel more than any other playthroughs
So after spending the past week or two binging all your videos i've finally found out why the Venomoth jokes keep coming. What a wholesome reason, my favourite is Magnemite because he's just so out of place and a complete weirdo which always resonated with me too. Love the channel Scott, thanks for these videos.
Please share the reason!
Where did it begin?
It was touching to hear your struggles in school and the lecture you would get from your parents then. I can relate soooo much to this. Pokemon was also my way to get away from reality and to feel some kind of achievement.
Great Video. You have really come a long way since your first video, I have enjoyed watching them for a long while now, good stuff, keep it up👍Happy New Year
Scott, you really captured me with your Venomoth lore. great vid
Love your videos dude. Happy New Year. Looking forward to a whole new year of videos!
“I was a King, I was a Moth…
With painted wings, Made of cloth..
When did the flame burn so high and get so hot..”
So I just discovered the channel yesterday and have been skipping around watching videos almost non-stop. Some of the older stuff is definitely less polished, which is to be expected. That being said, this channel is sooo endearing!
The content is now in a sweet spot, where there is excellent quality without being too cookie cutter!
Also, on a personal note I can tell I'm a couple years older than you by your dating, but I can relate to being an ADHD kid in that era! I always had a seat in the back of the class where nobody else could see me fidgeting or doodling or getting up for an unneeded tissue for 10th time, lol!
Keep up the great work, you and everyone that assists you!
Thanks for the comment! I’m glad you’re enjoying my content. I’ll keep the work up!
I saw this on my feed to premier in a few minutes and cracked up. What a perfect way to end the year - the pseudo-legendary psychic / flying / bug type
OMG Scott... you made me cry rivers when you told the meaning of your three initial stories... I'm so freaking happy that you actually got over all those things in your life. I'm actually a teacher and it's so sad how many guys got so many frustrations just because they just physically or mentally can't. And like Venomoth you also deserve an S Tier class rank as a youtuber and as a person!
Thanks for saying I deserve an S class rank! You do too! I’m hopefully reading that your a teacher and you’re clearly more aware than my teachers were, the next generation seems to be in good hands.
@@ScottsThoughtsPokemon Thanks! That's my goal! To raise awareness about different abilities! Even if sometimes I want to choke them when they say things like "Venomoth is a Bug/Poison" when they totally know is Psychic/Flying... 🤣🤣🤣🤣
You mention these other poketubers that honestly need to step their game up with what you’re putting out ! Happy new year brother ! This is going to be a great year for you ! 🙏🏻💜
I'm so proud that I am the first to call you out for Venomoth's type.. around a year ago..

These videos have actually made me rather fond of Venomoth. Honestly wouldn't mind seeing you play through each generation with it ;)
“Making jokes is a good way to come up for air” is one of the most relatable things I’ve ever heard in a RUclips video

I also wanna say that I liked the more personal retrospective in this video that you did. So don't be afraid to tell more personal stories in the future if you feel like it!
Absolutely love this 😀 Thank you, can't believe Venomoth ranked so high without many modifications to its regular level up moveset... honestly impressive 👏
Thank you for sharing your story
Wow, aside from the thing with scoring your behavior and the fact that my ADHD was diagnosed, your experience as a kid was practically identical to my own! It’s no wonder I clicked with this channel so quickly.
I’m impressed with how far you’ve come on this channel. You’ve really found your own style and gotten into the groove of these challenges. Keep up the good work, my dude!
I will keep it up!
You’re a fantastic storyteller Scott. Ratatta is my favorite Pokémon for similar reasons. It was the first Pokémon I ever encountered and caught aside from a starter and a raticate was on my first champion team and everytime I can use Ratatta I will. Keep up the fantastic work!!
I love the sprites in Pokemon Yellow grew up with Gen 1 Venomoth always looked so badass and the level jump in yellow ment Lv50 Supermoth scared my underleved scrub team, I used one with psychic to beat Koga at his own game and Venomoth has been one of my favs since the GB days. Great Vid Bro !!
Thanks so much for your content, and for sharing your story with us. Always enjoy your work.
This was the best Grass/Ice pokemon playthrough I've ever seen Scott
I’ve been watching a lot of your older videos and my gosh you tell the butterfree story still much. Like wow
Haha I know. Probably won't be telling it again after this video.
Love this channel! Great video like always, keep it up
I discovered your channel recently and have already seen a lot of the content. Really amazing stuff. It even inspired me to challenge myself in some playthroughs. Just wanted to say thanks for the amazing (and entertaining) videos! Hope you play more gen 3 soon (my fav gen btw)
Thanks for this positive comment Gustavo! I’m glad I was able to inspire you to play some challenges!
My experience with the Nidoking line is similar to yours with Butterfree. I beat Brock with Double Kick that Nidoran male learned early in Yellow version and then evolved it into Nidoking as soon as I could with the first Moon Stone I found in Mt Moon. Its high stats due to the fact that it was a third stage evolution so early in the game combined with Thrash’s 90 base power convinced my child sized brain that Nidoking and Thrash were OP. Of course, Nidoking is my favorite Pokémon to this day. Really enjoyed your stories with Butterfree and love the transition of the channel mascot to Venomoth!
Finally we've come full circle 🤣 Venomoth has always been a top 10 for me, happy to see it play through. Side note from the beginning, it's crazy how us as 5-8 year olds all discovered the Butterfree confusion technique for Brock, and managed to pass it along by word of mouth to the point of being the infamous strategy we ALL refer too haha
Happy new year, venomoth the fighting ghost type deserves some love;^)
Great video Scott I like how you turned your personal struggles into a positive great stuff 💪🏾
Venomoth becoming the official mascot of this channel happens to be one of the greatest plot twists in the recent history of the Internet. I'm so proud.
Pfft. Like a half hour video could ever make me love Venomoth, a Pokémon I rarely ever think of.
Half an hour later: sobbing, oh no! He’s the little space cadet Pokémon, he has big eyes for looking and his wings are always going because he’s restless. I shall always have one in my team!
Thank you for sharing your Story. Venomoth and Scott - what a Team for 2022! It just needs conversion or protean to be all the types
Thanks for sharing your story. I grew up with undiagnosed Asperger’s syndrome so my poor social and interrelation skills confused and upset many. I was always happy on my own pretending to be off on my own Pokémon journey. I still do even now.
Venomoth is always on my team. I loved its intimidation in Koga’s episode and I like to specialise in psychic types and should-be psychic types. I always see it as a decoy for trainers who approach it as a poison/bug just to be suddenly stabbed and overwhelmed with it’s psychic abilities.
Looking forward to more. Stay awesome!
Thanks for sharing your story Perry. I totally relate to being happy pretending I’m off on a Pokémon journey.
Venomoth does deserve a lot of love. I rmb going through the battle frontier in emerald with the starter trios and a venomoth destroyed me with a silver wind/psychic/giga drain set. Great video and it was really nice to hear, well, Scott's thoughts.
Can’t believe I found this channel because of a video as old as Farfetch’d in Yellow. Glad too see you grow, Scott. Can’t wait to see you keep going.
Edit: My fav thing about this channel? Love for underloved Pokémon. May we all beat the league with Venomoth, Qwilfish, and Yanma someday :)
-Yours Truly, a Sawk & Dunsparce fan
man, gonna be the best episode yet. I loved both venonat and venomath back in the day - I ran around in a selfmade venonat t-shirt my mother printed for me, using the scaled up artwork of the pokemon card and I owned a venomoth plushie :)
Fun fact: the card had the Pokémon Power Shift, the first canon instance of Venomoth changing types.
You inspired another play through challenge for me Pokémon yellow just bug types. Thanks for all the stories they are great to listen too! Also this video kicked ass!
That’s a fun one! Which bug stood out for you?
@@ScottsThoughtsPokemon I’ve always been like you I love Butterfree, should have made it bug/psychic honestly. But watching all your vids I figure do could do a whole team of bugs starting with butterfree, beedrill, scyther, pinsir, venomotj and lastly parasect (which I doubt I will use) but that’s my next play through. Currently trying to finish my dragon run of gen 5. I’ve done every gen 1-4 just dragons it’s tough lol
@@ScottsThoughtsPokemon right now my main is always butterfree since he and beedrill can be caught in early game. But I am looking forward to using Venomoth and Scyther. Gen 2 bug challenge will be even greater with more options!
I love Venomoth to. Currently playing Soul Silver and its pretty good for Pokeathlon and for fighting. Happy New Year from Germany and keep on the good work.
First off, love the little graphs during the fights, love seeing what the enemy has.
Second is that theres a bed you can heal at on the SS. Anne. its the closest room to the start to the ship i believe.
I'm a little sad I had to miss this because I was already with my friends, celebrating new year. Stupid timezones, right? Anyway, I was really really looking forward to this video because I wanted to say that Venomoth's becoming one of my favourite pokemon, if not my favourite one! I used it in two playthroughs in the past month (and I don't think I've had any other playthroughs so I used it everywhere) and I really enjoy seeing this Fairy/Rock type on my team. It just makes me happy. Just the fact that it exists. Hell, Mothim became my favourite gen 4 pokemon because of Venomoth. My favourite animal as of recently is that one white moth, I know you know which one I'm talking about. That silky one. All in all, this channel has really shaped my perception on moths and moth pokemon and I'm so happy to have found it and stuck around. Happy new year Scott. I hope you and your team never get tired of producing these 🧡
I'll make sure to stick around and watch your XY solo run with my other favourite pokemon, Gourgeist when you get to it in 2036. Take care 🧡🧡
I love this. Venomoth is one of my fav's. I started with Pokemon Yellow as well, and due to the power of special psychic moves, Venomoth destroys everything in this game. It was my first Pokemon I raised up to level 100!
What isn't to love of our favorite ice fire type pokemon? the heat yet cold, such powerful contrasts in one form
Your videos have been a constant source for joy for me since I first discovered them months ago, but I've got to be honest, your Venomoth joke has caused me to genuinely forget what type it's supposed to be on multiple occasions. I even lost to Koga of all people once in Crystal because I thought it was Flying-type!
