    A couple of square metres of nursery could be a good idea.

    Ben, that green is looking absolutely amazing, especially in the cold weather, it's looking twice as good, everytime you get it a little more level tbh. Well done. 😊

    In the grand scheme of gardening, this wee Vid shows the eyepopping progress you have made Ben. This looks awesome and you should be so proud. This really does make you want to get out onto your lawn, sadly in Carluke, Lanarkshire, Scotland its raining once again Lol, One can only dream Lol

    Hey mate loving the content, question… is there any reason for not reusing the bare patch plugs back into where u pulled the good ones from since there is already organics and roots in them, instead of the new, sterile sand?

    Do you use the clippings as a fertilizer? Or try and spread it on patches that are struggling? I thought the nitrogen in the clippings is good for the grass.

    Benny, do you think the climate in WA would be okay to plug with wintergreen couch?

  • @joshandmichellekenning7485
    @joshandmichellekenning7485 Год назад

    Now that you've got the new sprayer, have you thought about doing an extra few laps around the perimeter of the rye to get a head start on all the weeds surrounding the green? I know they'll go when you do the fairway but it would do my head in daily watching them creep towards the apron.

    Looks great man, green is really filling in nicely. Those edges are tough, you'll get there, but man the color is looking great and it's got good density and roots already. The ryegrass isn't looking bad either, what type do you have out there?

    Is there a particular reason why you filled the holes with sand instead of using the plugs from the bare patch?

    • @LawnTips

      So I did use the plugs from the bare patches as well. The sand I used is the same as the green sand. Exact same material 👌🏽
