  • Today I take my lawn down to 4mm. We are now at putting green height! Can't believe how good this looks at 0.15"
Excited to see how much better this can look!

Definitely need two pins on a green that size. Have an A and B pin, play the 3 tee boxes 3 times and play A, B, A (reverse order tee box for the last 3 holes) for a 9 hole course. Different shots every time from each tee box. Love your work mate!

A place nearby me put out these German Shephard silhouettes all over to keep the ducks and geese off of their property. I guess it worked but it cracks me up when I drive by. Good luck with them. The green is looking incredible.

I have a 1.5 mtr wide lawn rake. I just push it a long and it picks up all the detritus on the lawn. You have duck poop, we have possum poop. Works a treat for that. It’s like a push reel mower but it has brushes instead of blades.

Can I request a virtual question for Joe at the meet up today? If I have an 45sqm area of Empire Zoysia and there is a 3-4 sqm section that has always struggled due to shade & not getting enough light - could I lay the new Zoysia Australis in this section - would it blend ok with the EZ?

@Lawn Tips I saw in your last video about the urea you said the nitrogen alone from it would only promote vertical growth. Is this true in Bermuda/Zoysia as well? What is the best chemical/compound/product is the best to promote Bermuda/Zoysia stolon and rhizome lateral growth? Not a name of a product, but like Humic, Potassium, Kelp, ect ect ect. Cheers from the US!
