I love steamer clams. I could eat all those real quick. Looks delicious. Wish I was sitting at the bar eating a couple of orders of those with a glass of wine. Thumbs up Chef!

I'm heading to the east coast (MA and ME) for the first time this October and I can't wait to try all of the various fresh seafood.

Awesome, way I do but never thought of chowder 👍, in RI get free, I serve some broth, and save rest to freeze, next day take rest and make fried clams with bellies 👍, love restaurant, haven't been in couple years but plan on it visiting brother, never eaten the skin off the siphon, don't think will cuz thought 40+ years ago lol.

Those are soft shell clams. Sometimes they're called long neck clams. Those are not razor clams. Razor clams are long and thin and have a much darker brown shell.

The saying "NEVER TRUST A SKINNY CHEF" is over stated in this case.
This BIG OL' boy wont make it more the 5 more years. R.I.P.
He needs to STOP eating , cut down on the caloric intake and WALK. Eat salad dude ! Skinny Chefs who are living make better chefs.

Loading butter in the pan is so unhealthy.
