      They would rather order in a restaurant. So watching how to eat (5:20) would still be helpful.

      Best thing to do is buy steamers that have been purged.
      Second best is to soak the steamers in a large cooler with water from the ocean where they were harvested.
      After that I say tap water because if you’re just soaking them in a pot they will use up all the oxygen in the water and die before any real filtering happens.
