Is there a brand of chickpeas that you use or are they fresh? If fresh, how do you prepare them?I've never eaten chickpeas except when I tried hummus. The hummus I had tasted bland and turned me off like avocados which I now love and eat almost daily. Trying to do the same with chickpeas. Your just so great life has been so hard I just had my 5th baby girl well actually I had twins a baby girl and a precious baby boy but unfortunately God need to take my son back he gave me the 9 months in the woumb and 18 blessed days on this earth with him I'm heartbroken but I trust God and I'm still blessed to have my 5 precious babies today was our Anniversary 4 years legally married but going on 15 years together unfortunately life has been tough and just keeps getting tough we have to move but unfortunately that's a tough situation especially when I'm disabled and my hubby David does everything for my kids and I but we just keeping the faith God has blessings coming and we just got to be patient I'm not telling you this to get anything or for sympathy I just wanted to let you know that watching your videos helps me to be strong and get help thank you for your awesome videos I have always been a huge fan you are the number one chef in my world

When I cook live clams, mussels or oysters, I soak them first in cold water with a little cornmeal for awhile, to get them to purge themselves. Just me?

Love it! I'd go for more simplicity with the bread. Let the flavours all come through harmoniously. A simple roasted garlic and butter spread would allow and compliment the shellfish dish.. On that note, I'd aim for more body with the broth for the clams. I'm sure that olive tapanad would taste great on those beautiful little clams. Cheers! 🍷🥂
