  • HI thanks for watching! I'm glad you found me! Happy Vlogtober!
03:34 is where the crash alert discussion begins!
Why do I make videos? I aim to grow authentic awareness of the millions missing from their lives due to the debilitating symptoms of mental illness, myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome, chronic Lyme disease, and other coinfections.

Thank you so much for this video!! You are so enjoyable to watch!! Today I realized a service dog could help me with my MECFS symptoms, and came across your video while researching! Thank you so much for sharing with us!

I have me/cfs as well and I would love to train my dog to be come a service dog as well. My biggest issue is that I don't notice when I go over my limit because the crash doesn't come immediately but a day later. How can I find how my body changes when I go over my limit like that? Since I don’t know I went over it until the next day and also can’t tell afterwards when exactly I went over, I only know which day I did.
