What a strange concept for a game, Bomberman dabbles in his own Zelda-esque action RPG with pokemon-like creatures to find. Loved it though
I absolutely loved this back in the day! I remember playing it non stop for days figuring everything out and feeling really proud when I beat the whole thing.

I watched to whole thing in 3 days. nice video. it blows my mind how I figured out to finish this game when I was like 7 or something. I Remeber that I had al beasts and made it to the end... but I probally spend 2 years on that :)

Same! The final boss fight is the hardest though... Took lots of tries but it's worth it. Played this on emulator too. The nostalgia tenfolds 😭

28:50 Is this room even possible without RCBomb? Or TwinDrag+Fire Upgrade? (TwinDrag is semi-hidden in the game) I feel like this place was supposed to be cleared with BombKick (which is the ability you get in this dungeon), but I can't see how that's possible.

OMG bomberman quest had a sequel of sorts and i just found out!? i always thought this game was a regular bomberman game, which bore me. Still, i don't think i'll enjoy it as much as replaying quest for the 54th time. Too late.

Ah ok. So there's no specific movement or timing pattern that'll have it consistently show up in the same area at the same time?
not same time, it random place per move screen
You just have to equip Sharkun and he appears =) even before the 4th dungeon.
what does the STAR dropable item do?
Karaboms three type stats: Sword = Increase Damage, Shield = Increase Defense and Star = Increase Special Attack.

Noctina Tatakai Star is collect for increase Karaborns' Special Attack.
Special Attack is use on Karaborns battle to against enemy Karaborns.
Special Attack can deal heavy damage or light damage based on enemy's elements.

So... who was Max really?
most of the game's sprite comes from another game called '' Neutopia'' And so it's likely that Max is the main guy from Neutopia and the wiki says that ''As Max was originally a human who required cybernetic surgery,'' So yeah, in a way This game feels like Neutopia seeing that game was also a ''Zelda clone''
He's the main guy from the 2nd one, who is the son of the protagonist Jazeta from the first Neutopia, The hero from Neutopia 2 is nameless and Tournament takes a lot from that game, It's actually really cool that they linked the two series in such a way.
Sometime after Neutopia 2, Phantarion gets invaded by the dastardly bombers and Max fends them off successfully but he gets practically mutilated in the process and needed cybernetic enhancements to survive, thus resulting in how he appears in the Bomberman series.
He's the coolest character I hope we see him in the future of Super Bomberman R.

Can someone help me... i used to play this combat racing game which also had an option for multiplayer. The game was played on zsnes or kgen emulator on pc. Snes or sega genesis. It's an overhead racing laps game similar to biker mice from mars. The vehicles or players were hippie bus driver , ice cream truck, scientist etc. Also had weapons we could use by running over a blue spot. Sometimes were chased by a dinosaur, or getting smashed by a huge gorilla at the side of the road. Can anyone name it
