- The core ideas of Morbid: Lords of Ire are more than interesting. The combat at its core is responsive and engaging. But the enemy variety is lacking and the overall technical aspect of the game requires a lot more polishing.

Just started playing. About 30 seconds in i turned the camera shake off. Made the roll feel alot better
It's not pretty and it's kinda basic but I love it. You can feel the passion the devs have. It feels like the best PS2 game I never played.
That's true, can't argue with that 😎 have you tried Enotria? It's also a great indie souls like that I reviewed and I liked some aspects better than in Morbid.
I have played quite a bit of indie souls likes and I can look past a little clunkyness and other issue for the overall experience. Just got done with Hellpoint. Very rough around the edges but it was a cool experience.
True, there's a certain charm to the indie soulslikes that can never be found in AAA. In fact, I've played Enotria Demo for the next video, and I liked it a bit better than Morbid

This is like Dark Souls, but not as good, and you are limited to play as this one female character. Why even bother? Lmao

The reviewer said why at the end of his review: "Who is this game for? For the soulslike enthusiasts that love playing every game in the genre." It's for those of us who played to death all the soulsborne and first tier soulslikes and just want similar gameplay even if it's janky.
