It’s not normal and normal to scammers who always looking for quick money and they don’t care that we foreign tourist is the one effecting economy of The Philippines and if locals will continue to scam tourist they will be the ones to suffer on a long run. Same way I see locals fishing baby small fish with big nets near the shore that is effecting its eco system in a negative way and no one cares even local police. I’ve confronted fisherman like that before and they show me they also using dynamite when out in the sea 🤯

I went to Lombok and trust me it was not worth it at all.. during a family vacation we were supposed to go to Bali but we decided to go to Lombok instead it was hell. First of all there were muslims criticizing me for being christian and then I got bit by multiple of stingrays and then stepped on countless of sea urchins.. and then there are Indonesians who try to scam me because I don't know their language.. Either Palawan, Siargao, Boracay, and Any Island in Cebu is more worth it than Lombok.
