She must be in her period 😂 In the Philippines most vendors would be very grateful and happy to see customers coming in to their shops even just to have a look at their products. Most Filipino vendors would definitely greet customers with a smile and would still say thank you when you leave even if you wasted all of their time without buying anything . That’s what you call customer service and that’s normal no matter how big or small your business is. There’s nothing special about it.
