To clearify, my brain thought, everyone (almost) has a home, but it came out with the word "house" 😅
Folks who evade taxation can afford a few homes I guess? Completely unnecessary to have lots of houses. Especially when you preach about saving the planet and being a global citizen who cares about the planet. You are a terrible person.
@@McQuokka jealousy is a ugly trait
@@McQuokka What you are ignorant to is how many people and families his endeavors support. If he builds 2 homes he’s funding at least 12 different trades at each build and those workers and their families.
How many people do you employ? How many families do you support?

absolutely incredible. his approach to architecture is fantastic!
Ehh his entrance is a kitchen corridor... ffs
@@cutdepiefails6596 yes that is the logics of a small footprint building... hefty entrace hall must be left out..
@@cutdepiefails6596 It's a small summer home. Every area has to dubble as something else. Also, thats the main entrance for guests. There's a seccond one with better storage directly below it on the bottom floor which he probably use himeself.
@@BilldalSWE I understand it, but his only job is to not fck up like this. He is not an engineer, the main focus of an architect is to make a livable house not a pretty house, if it was he would be a designer or a decorator not an architect.
Dude said that he had to learn how to use/live in the house. Wtf lol.
Pretty home and he did a great job making it look bigger than it is, but fckkk, he failed the bare basics.
What enlight him to even do a side ground access to the bedroom? Like what are you doing my guy. Bedroom is privacy. Imagine sleeping not knowing for sure if you have a person on the outside of your window.
Ye he loves architecture but hate swedish construction industry
What character, no fancy unnecessarily expensive gadgets, perfect lines integral to the modern Scandinavian design, this was absolutely inspiring.
“Everyone has a house.” Crying in Millennial. hahaha
In Sweden we usually say "house" to every home, even if it's a regular house or an apartment.
@@babyfaec every home?? most of millenial dont have any kind of construction to live in. Just shared flats
@@babyfaec what noooo
I think its meant more like everyone has a home as in a house, Flat or whatever. Sure there are still homeless people but to be honest that isnt the norm and defenetly Not his audience😂
Housing market is terrible in The Netherlands 🥲
The alignment and attention to detail in this house are so satisfying and soothing....love love love
Love the Scandinavian, Earthy, warm vibe, which reminds you of family, as opposed to all white walls and flooring with high ceilings which make it feel like a museum. It's what you really want in a location like that. Hope you follow the same themes with your new project.
„Now i can use it better as just a little private hideaway“ -> Jon making a video about it😂💯😁
Jens been here from early vlogs and along the skiing career, feels like the relationship lately is amazing, you could feel the warmth and the brotherly kindness, before it felt like a competition, keep supporting them and surprise them with something, Warner as well he never ask for shit, he sold all his ski gear and everything before his marriage, they both deserve it ! please do it before monaco true and loyal friends are hard to find.
one of my favorite videos by far!! listening to you and Andreas talk architect is captivating
such a beautiful house, I cant wait to see yours completed!
Studying Architecture so loved this little review. Very impressive and nice style of the house! Keen to see yours😉🤙🏼
Hi Jon . AWESOME video . Love how the house is built into the rocks & landscape . Super contemporary, natural finishes, tons of light & a view to die for . With you . Mark (Toronto) 💙
13:40 *scrolls down to check if that bug is on my screen*
lmfao
I tried to squash the bug on my iPad
“Everyone has a house” -me: looking around my studio 🤔
Not a house but for sure a home 😉
This guy is so calm... I could watch him whole day
Love it. Can't wait for the build
Dude, that house is fn amazing!!! All the wood indoors and all the threes surrounding it... Love that house!
It's amazing being able to follow the process. Loving it!
Love his work & The symmetry is fantastic
What an interesting video, love this house and architect
Just did my 5th studio review today so this was a good little suprise. Also love your appreciation for architecture and tectonics, techniques and narratives within it
need to see the view from the three story rotunda behind his house. no skinny dipping. 🤣 Love the tree views ! 👏👏
love these kind of vlogs!
Such great architecture. I really like the combination of the glass and the wood, it looks minimalistic and modern at the same time :)
Really enjoyed this. More videos with jens would be nice!
Love these architecture videos
This house is absolutely sick!
Show your best summer home
Amazing! Please much much more asap!!
More of this!
Love the vod
looks simple but the amount of details is mind blowing
Det här var din bästa vlogg någonsin! Gärna mer arkitektur och AML :)
OMG, all the triggered bell ends complaining about the "everyone has a house" comment. That isn't what he meant and you know it. He just meant most people live in a home of some sort and therefore architecture is interesting.
True!
A million thanks, super interesting! Could easily have been an hour longer to sift through the many thoughts and details which piece by piece builds a nugget of a house.
I love the new content 👌
Du är bäst, I love your videos!
Andreas seems like a super nice guy! We like him!
Grymt Jon! Mer av Andreas!
I was not sure I would like the in depth of the house, but it was very interesting. Thanks
I love the fact that you wanna keep as many trees as possible on the property. Seen so many "horrorexamples" when all of the original vegetation is just smashed down to build as huge house as possible
Loving the speedmaster!
Loved it 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
He def talked about homes but Said house as he was checking on a house not appartment... he knows everyone aint live in a house hell he lives in Monaco....
I love the subtle 5° angle of the concrete!
This was super educational! Like alot
this looks really nice
Beautiful house , Andreas
Thanks Jon, for vlogging every day again. Super ! ✨
Gr8 video, super fun to see!
this house looks so cool!!! it's well integrated in the suroundings and clean. imagine this, a little biger, with the same pool color as casa castle...
Dang, you starting to look like a dad! Ha, God bless! Always love watching you.
Love the treehouse. Also love the house and the pool🌿
Cool stuff!
Amazing house! These videos are perfect. The architectural enthusiast in me is very happy :D
The most Swedish thing i have ever seen. The accent is amazing :D
Love the Video
People be living some ass crazy life’s. Super dope!!!
Love this video and very handsome architect 😍
The treehouse view is a dream
Watch Treehouse Masters 😃 for inspo on treehouses!
Ah sweet, came home from work, took a shower and saw the new uload, hell to the yeah
that was mooi and i from south africa, cape town and i feel lke i can abit of that in my own house now to a degree thanx
You Should do Shou Sugi Ban technique( charred cedar board) on the new house! Looks soooo good and last forever (almost)!!
3 storey tree house with pool. Nice. Beautiful symmetry.
Love you your Video Vlogs
So admirable
Most interesting. Thank you 👍
The big black privacy wall in the yard is hideous. Can't believe there's not a more aesthetic option to create a screen from the neighbor's house. Bushes? trees? wood fence? different color? different material? all of the above? Nice house but egad that wall is hideous.
WOWZA. So seamless and natural feeling but is there an affordable, environmentally sound option to cement?
for vertical walls there is rammed earth / rammed clay, it has a very earthy look to it, otherwise brick walls is the way to go.
Yes there is Hempcrete, en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hempcrete
Fantastisch
Very very nice house and very nice guy. The house should come out very well. 👍
Jon where is your AP? I never see you wearing it. It's a sick watch! Grtz
mmmm architecture.. my kind of video
Jon as a builder in the U.S. we never use the word "cheap", lol, it would be described as less expensive. Absolutely love the floating fireplace and the "proper" use of the finished A grade pine veneer plywood.
yeah in western culutre we are affraid to offend ppl so we can't say cheap we have to say affordable or less expensive lol
Enjoy
If one of those windows break, how do you replace it?
🔥🔥🔥
Hallo Jon,
Do you plan a house (home) only for summer or for use in winter too?
Jan
reminds me of my mincraft houses with all the stairs an little tracks
That width of steps in the pool prevents swimming of laps. Would opt for other design
wow!
Proper Nordic style f u this house. Love it.
The house is Swedish version of Villa Sorgas at Tampa hills
13:00 i think was my phone had the insect
that smile on the thumbnail is Morbid
“Everyone has a house” you have the power for a cool project like that
When is your boat ready
Hey from Czech Republic (Pilsen)
Masterpiece! Love it!
No stabilizer on the camera you are using?
love to see Jon and Andreas helping each other don't you. Support your local artist! Whoever is watching this, please don't take away the fact that this is an exploration of ideas between an architect and Jon (home/house owners). We'd love to see the thought process and how the lot comes to life! Keep posting and keep your heads up! Don't bother about pleasing the JEALOUS keyboard idiots.
😍😍😍😍😍
Everyone has a house 😂 ah the billionaire mindset
Wow I so much should've done more with my life lol
This house has some villa sorgas vibe to it
I got a bit behind the curve with Jon's vlogs... I was shocked when Janni was already nine months pregnant with Leis and had the baby! I didn't even know she was pregnant. I thought Jon and Rickard were going to build a house for all of them to live together in Marbella...what happened? Does anyone know what Cyprus is about? Janni's sister used to live in Marbella and I guess now they've moved to Stockholm as well? I always thought Rickard was in Marbella because I thought maybe the boys' mother lived there.
Så snyggt med fönstren utan fönsterbåge. Men hur blir det med tätheten vid provtryckning av huset för att göra en energiberäkning🤔
I think i've seen similar style from eva elfie youtube video when she show around villa she rented when she was in Bali
Yo what
I didn’t know she was on yt
Am I the only one starting @13:40 trying to brush my screen to remove the ant going across behind jon's back and only to realise that the ant is in the video and going across the glass :P
Love the house! But why do you make so many random cuts in the Video? Makes it difficult to follow when the picture is jumping constantly.
