Detective: did you do anything for u to go to jail? Suspect: nooo! Also suspect: I just held her down, grabbed the belt to choke her, and helped dispose of the body..
It’s an intimidation tactic they use to scare teens. I’ve heard a few teens say that this has happened to them. The police aren’t that bright at times 🤷🏼♂️
Usually, I dont understand their reasoning for murder. It seems their brains are just wired differently. The only time I understand if the person has been abused and has a mental breakdown.
@@feurigerStern Criminals are typically idiots. They couldn't think of any solutions to their problems other than crime. Even the way they speak (their vocabulary) is almost always lazy and pathetic. They don't care to have standards or principles. It's like their brains were stunted from developing due to drug use and being surrounded by other low lifes.
I've been around shady places like this filled with drugs, killers and thieves. If I had thousands stolen from me there'd be about a dozen different suspects. What you do is wait a few weeks and see who starts buying tons of drugs out of the blue while getting nothing from you.😂
U are so right. I had money stolen from me when I was a teenager from my cousins friend. It was all I had at the time. There's no feeling like it. yes fathers are very necessary, i thank God for mine everyday, but there are many fatherless people who make good choices…. and many with fathers that make bad choices…
I know this family, I also know the family of the victim. Unfortunately for Quinton, he was reared up in a family full of criminals. Margaret is a few years older than I am, but I remember her and her brothers and all the ish they did as children. Quinton had not a chance of being surrounded by positive people… they stole, dealt drugs and spent most of all their lives behind bars…. I’m sure he didn’t know I was going to go that deep. They kept the body in the house until it started to stink!!!!! Then they removed it and placed Wenda in a shallow grave…. The way she killed this woman was HORRIBLE
How old was Quinten? I feel for him honestly. What happened to Wenda was despicable but it feels like he’s a victim of this awful woman (Allen) as well.
He’s guilty of accessory but one thing people aren’t understanding is the mentality you develop when you’re raised around criminals. It’s imbued in you like a religion that you do not call the police, they’re the enemy. I could see myself witnessing a murder and being terrified to call anyone at all as a child. It took me a long time to understand how wrong this pattern of thought actually was because I had to reckon with the reality that everyone around me was a bad person or captive to the situation like me to some degree. That isn’t easy for a young adult, yet alone a child.
Agree 100%. My family wasn't necessarily criminal but drugs and alcohol were a staple. But everyone around me in my area was criminal and I had the mentality. Still do but if I saw an active shooter or a murder in progress I would call 911 unless it was my own relative
A person died as a consequence of a felony he committed. If you want to argue that stealing the money wasn't good enough to qualify then kidnapping will work. That's 2nd degree murder. Textbook.
He stole the purse and just let it happen. I was raised around crime and one thing I promise I knew was that murder wasn't ok. And stealing $2000 is a felony. I damn sure knew that at his age.
With the advancements in technology during this day and age, it makes one question the likelihood of them INTENTIONALLY keeping the old outdated systems 😉
@@TheVioletBunny What's most important from the police perspective should be to collect enough information for a jury to convict. I know if I was a jury member, I'd be seriously pissed at the cops for having such crappy recordings; enough so it might skew my decision making. I, as a juror wouldn't tolerate this blatant act of sabotage. I would , as a juror, demand the sound be better, or CC'd, and if I couldn't hear a particular word, I'd make them continuously play it back until I actually could make it out myself. This would undoubtedly drive the court crazy, but sometimes it takes a hard lesson for someone to change what they're doing. Perhaps the judge might just insist the next case be recorded correctly. Because something has to be done about this, it can't continue regardless of what the cops want. People have to force the matter in order for it to get fixed, that's how things get done in a bureaucratic democracy.
He had the opportunity to "find" the purse he stole when he said he went to check outside to appease the aunt. This way he would not have been caught, and more importantly, the victim would be alive.
That certainly wasn't boring! His fast talking & dramatic personality make an intense combo. I believed most of his story. So, it was surprising to learn that he actually stole the purse!
The sad and hilarious part is that she made him help move the body, hold the rope, etc to scare him into thinking he was involved specifically to keep him from telling and then he spilled all the tea immediately. 🤣
No. she didnt FORCE him to do anything. He willingly participated. he tried his best to downplay his involvement. Assaulting her meant that he got away with stealing that money
That detective is the hardest person to comprehend a story. My God!!! I didn't even wanna keep listening to the confession because of his common sense inquiries and continuously cutting him off.
The whole thing is gross..what kind of people do this...he stole and let someone go through hell and die..and the person doing this ,well just evil. And they know what they did, they walked with demons for the love of money. I have been down and out ,no rent money no food money ,I still would not walk with the devil when I was done wrong. And then to find out the women was innocent...no words of how bad this was.
See u to saymi stole the purse what fact you stand on oh cause ppl say l.o.l but not funny at all that was so hard to witness and not be able to help mis Wendel but I have no sleepless nights cause I didn't kill Ms Wendel it still margrets purse
@Quintin Allen if you really are the person that did not help you are a demon..no words to say evil lives among us..no problem sleeping after being part of murder....evil.
This was difficult to understand with so many different people mentioned, the lightly different language patterns, etc. From my perspective, the dark-haired detective made it worse. He would ask a question, but then immediately ask a second, before he gave the suspect time to respond. I kept wishing he would stop interrupting. I began to think there was no real strategy to the questioning; that he would often just ask a question just whenever something came to mind, without listening to the previous answer. It could just be me, but I found it made following the story more confusing.
"I don't want to go to jail. You all said-" Cop immediately cuts him off, takes control of the conversations and rephrases things in a way that make it not technically a promise. They absolutely 100% promised him no jail off camera in order to get him to talk.
The problem with saying “absolutely” is you can’t prove it. It’s possible but I think it was more so to the beginning when he asked if this would protect him and they said if you don’t have anything to go to jail for, you won’t.
yet I seriously doubt that. You simply can't know that. I don't see this dude making that mistake when he can clearly see already that this crim is dying to spill the beans. No need to give any guarantee of no jail time here.
Even if they did, which I don’t believe, the officer made it clear afterward, during this interrogation, that he wouldn’t go to jail IF there was no reason for him to. They did nothing wrong, and I can’t believe you think this thief and accessory to murder is the victim.
The only words you need to know when being interrogated: "AM I FREE TO GO?" NEVER talk to the police. They are NOT there to help you, and there is NOTHING you can say that will HELP you in that situation.
What a convoluted interview. It's amazing how much patience the officer had with that clown. Everyone had a role in the murder except him and he was a huge part in it. I call it the SQUIRREL defense or look over here. It puts the blame on someone else which prolongs the investigation. He's a complete POS.
every murder confession is shocking cause were listening to how one human being took the life of another human being there's just different degrees of shocking
When he referred to her as “that bitch” repeatedly it was obvious that he himself is just as cold and inhuman as the rest If you were really forced you would sympathize with the lady and you would respect her He has zero respect or remorse but 100% involvement That poor lady was more valuable to all of us then the rest of them combined

He was brave enough to tell his aunt that he wouldn't let people see him in the car, but not brave enough to help that poor lady being strangled over some BS. I have nieces, and nephews, and I would NEVER put them in my mess for any reason.
He tried to lessen his involvement. If he wasn’t really “holding her like that”, how did she get retrained? And how does he not actually hold/pull the belt around her neck? He wasn’t actually holding/pulling it, it would have come undone and his aunt would have feel backwards from her pulling in that direction. He helped a lot more than he is admitting. He also told on himself when he said, “she looked at me and said ‘your aunt thinks I stole her purse’ I just looked at her because I felt bad.. I didn’t have nothing to do with it.” Should have gotten way more time.

it's an echo chamber, if you want quality sound then you need sound absorbing material in the room. Some nice drapes would help, and some bean bags on the floor.
Finally someone smart enough to stop talking and exert their right to remain silent. After all, you can never talk yourself OUT of trouble. You can ONLY talk yourself INTO trouble!
He didn't want to go to the cops when his friend told him to cuz he was scared of his aunty, but when he got arrested he wasn't scared of her then wanting to get out of whatever trouble he was in.
The difference is that at one of those times, she was out, free and still walking around with her gun and belts and the other time, she's in handcuffs in a room down the hall. It makes a difference.

Textbook.
He was scared because he knew his family doesn't suffer thieves.
He stole the purse and just let it happen. I was raised around crime and one thing I promise I knew was that murder wasn't ok. And stealing $2000 is a felony. I damn sure knew that at his age.

@@alex.tagspot 100% agree😉
