SHAAN!!!!! You have literally been my key out after 3 years of being stuck in the cycle and not knowing why. We sold our house!!!! Told by a “naturopath” that it was mold. I was diagnosed with Lyme, MCAS, chronic fatigues, etc! Lies, lies lies that kept me stuck in the cycle. I did two neuroplasticity programs! One costing over 3,500! I couldn’t get out! I praise God that he led me to your videos! You have no idea how eternally grateful I am to you. I’m FINALLY getting my life back! God Bless you friend!!!

I’ve been on this journey for many years now, doing other programs, so I have changed a lot of things including my life and mindsets that has definitely helped me heal. I was having a lot of setbacks while doing those other programs. Since implementing Shaans teachings I have only improved, but I absolutely no longer fear a setback if it were to come.

After 6 months I can confidently say, that I am almost absolutely recovered and feeling better than any time in the past two years. Intrusive thoughts, existential thoughts, derealization is gone are finally in the past, just some buzzing in the head occasionally that doesn’t throw me off, I just reengage. I guess it’s really the issue of focus, once you learn to focus on sensations and be scared of them this is the start of the cycle, but fortunately you can unlearn it and learn how to focus on your life. It takes time though. It absolutely gets better and goes away, do not let anyone tell you otherwise.

Before I mute this channel, I would like to say a big thank you to Shaan for being my guide during these years of struggle. I am now fully recovered due to your guidance even though I didn't go through your mentorship. If I had the money for it, I would surely take that chance to be mentored and guided by you. Anyway, I hope no one else go through this struggle but if you are, please take to heart all of the things you hear from this man and you'll surely cruise through your journey to recovery. Again, thank you!

What I mean is when I’m moving my body I feel like I’m the observer and not the doer, all my other symptoms have subsided from watch these videos and I’m forever thankful for that! But the hyper awareness has really been a tougher one to shake and to just be able to flow through my day what does everyone think?

I will write this down on many videos as I can because of how grateful I am for Shaan. He provides all the info on his videos and testimonials. You don't need the mentorship but go for it if you want it. LEARN THE MECHANICS and HOW TO RESPOND. You don't really need meditation, vitamins, herbs, teas, weighted blankets, therapy, etc. I think in some part they become a crutch. Just live your life and I repeat, LEARN HOW TO RESPOND. If something gives you anxiety now and it never did before, go back to it again, even if you have to do slowly. I said "Hell no, I'm not giving up coffee no matter how many panic attacks I get", among other things. Watch the testimonials too because they helped me too.

For 1mintue I feel good then the next minute the thought comes back its like everything around me triggers it and It give me a bad headache and want to sleep, I remember the days how I use to feel not worrying about anything or my mind feels like it's running like engine I just want to go back to normal

It took me 3 months to get over the worst symptoms and about 9 months to be at 99% recovered. If you want to overcome this, whenever you have a thought or symptom, there's 5 things you shouldn't do to that symptom or symptoms, which is 1. Don't Fight it 2. Don't Fear it 3. Don't fix it 4. Don't get frustrated by it and 5. Don't focus on it. The 5 Fs. If you take this advice and practice it for weeks or months, you'll see your symptoms ease. You might get other symptoms as they change but you'll be recovering.

Shaan, I read your book today, and it really made me cry because this is exactly what I am going through
I just wanted to confirm that facing the situation again and again and increasing my tolerance is key to overcoming anxiety
In my case, it all started with I vomiting in school and fear of eating. Continue nausea and a feeling of dizziness, but if you say I will try my best to increase my tolerance.
