    do you think 4 hiit sessions on top of 4 strength training days is way to much and causes muscle loss and NO GAINS? Should i drop it to 2 hiit sessions

      Hi! Yes, my first thought would be to drop your hiit by one so you can lift and not do hiit on the same day :)
