    I adore you! I've been a gym nut off and on for years. These last few have been trying. Marriage, baby (now 7) divorce and well, just life! Working out the way I love kinda fell to the wayside. Until now! Last couple weeks I moved all of my weights and gym equipment to my garage and I've been hitting it at 4am every morning ever since. And you've been my inspiration. I refer back to your videos every day and I'm learning so much! Thank you!!!!

    Jessie you are great! I have been watching your videos since last night and I learned so much about how to get my muscles developed the way I want... your explanation and tips are very helpful and easy to follow... I’m in my early 40’s , I am celiac and I struggle to get my calories intake while weight lifting... I am mostly vegetarian because of the food choices are easier for my gluten free diet but I still eating lean protein... I just don’t know how to supplement my diet but I’m going to watch all your videos to learn something about it... thank you and I’ll send you some pictures of my pre workout doing what I was doing before learning your workout tips and a after your workout plan... thank you for doing this videos... I have been watching so many people and their workout tips but I think I finally found with you the information I was looking for!

    Isolation exercises really help me due to a hip injury. If I lift to heavy it can make me feel crippled and not stronger.

    I can't afford a gym so those machines are not available for me. I have a home gym which consists of dumbbells and a barbell. What can I do to focus on my glutes?

      Resistance bands really help! You can kind of recreate the machines with resistance bands. Or I even put like a 5 lb weight in my knee and do donkey kicks for some resistance. Hope this helps!

    Your arms are so juicy. My arms only look like that when I have a pump. Dang.
