keeping racket down is a very common mistake and the player never realizes it unless pointed out by a coach. And of course it makes a lot of difference in follow up and kill shots. Excellent point.
Brooo Love ur vdos Informative, crisp,to the point nd simple.. Also love ur way of showing wrong in washed out colours vs right as colourful Good concept 👌
I see some professional player constantly keeping their raquets low. Probably to spare energi? I personally think keeping the raquet up after a shot is much easier to connect to the next shot. Don't know a thing about the professionals. Nice video, keeping the raquet up after a shot helped me a lot during my games. Thank you!
Great. Yeah Some player that do this. But most of time is because they are taller. Good observation. Thank you bro. Hope it helps your improves your game a lot. Here is my new book I want to share to you book.badmintonandbeyond.com/badmintonlife
I did some research and actually own a racket with both thikness, it is think at the bottom and thin half way to the top. Thin grip assist with range of motion and finger-control at the net while thick assist with power and steadyness or control in fast swings.
I like how you demonstrate the problem and what happens and then how to correct to compare and contrast. 👍🏻
Thank you Donald. Wish to help you improve your skills and your games

Hi Kettai, my pleasure
So it seems the common denominator of all the 5 ready positions is simply to keep the racket up after each shot. :D
And stay low
Lesson learned:Always put your racket up
The main point is..racket must always in stanby mode....
You are right bro
