  • For everyone who has played badminton, it is quite clearly not easy as the professionals make it look. It is a highly demanding sport. Not only does it require enhanced mental functions, but players are often seen pushing their limits of speed, agility, endurance, strength, and flexibility.     Hi Liao which level of the finger exerciser do you use? For example do you use the 13lb (heavy), 7lb (medium) or 5lb (light) one?
