Until you reach a cruising altitude where things would freeze, the only thing holding you back is the weather and the signal quality. And if we're able to supply WiFi from 800 meters away, then radio signals can reach WAY further.

I glanced at the "distance" reading a few times as I watched this, so I decided to watch it again and ONLY focus on that reading. And ???!!! That thing stayed within 10 feet of perfect vertical all the way up... to beyond a mile high... and never got more than 10 feet away from perfectly straight up. I find that as amazing as the shear height.

You can either pay for a software to jail break your drone too go as high/far as you want or you can apply for something from DJI that allows you to go above the limit

No they do not have a radar to catch you. I mean unless you're really stirring up shit they don't screw with most people. I mean I suppose your DJI app holds your info but I've never had a problem. But I also can't get over the 500 meters and it's pissing me off but I do fly as high as I can over the 120 m.
You went IFR at 640 meters. You're not on an instrument flight plan, nor in communication with ATC, and you have no transponder or radio communication. Not only are you illegal but your also a hazard to other aircraft flying near you legally!
Cool ive been up 1.67km! Keep exploring, I assume you are being safe and monitoring all private flights at your location, its free from flightradar I reccomended. Keeps you out of trouble
actually, satellites are fined turned to work more on the ground. The higher you go, the less coverage you get. That's why you don't have sat coverage when you try to use it in your phone when you are in an airplane at cruising altitude.
Jetliners fly at around 39-60000 feet do hes not even 1/10 that height and chances of a small plane going across his path at that exact same time way out in the country away from any airports is 1 in a billion so you have a better chance of killing people with your car while driving texting or smoking pot, or driving after taking a perk for a sore back that the doctor gives you or burning the country side down after throwing a cigarette butt out the window or releasing Chinese laterns on holidays that could easliy get hit by a plane or catch a forest on fire. People dont reallize they do stuff everyday that can kill people and is extremly stupid and unsafe they're just not called out on it because they think everything they do can do no harm and flying a drone above 50 meters is the most irresponsible and worst thing you can ever do which in reallity is the kettle calling the pot black.

Da, sunt constient ca in unele zone si 60m altitudine exista riscuri dar in acele zone mai bine nu zbori dar cand in jur ai dealuri sau munti si nu poti vedea de la 120m dacat tot acel deal pe care il vezi cu ochiul liber ce rost mai are o drona de 800$+ iti iei una de jucarie si te invarti cu ea in jurul tau.

We pay good money for this hobby and it’s flights like this one that’s slowly destroying it for people who do fly properly and it only takes one time for a drone to come in contact with an aircraft, and we will no longer have a hobby

You can mod your drone man. Its not illegal to do. No different than lets say modding your cars engine. Just need the experience and know how to do it
