    It is very simple recipe can i keep in the freezer for the leftovers so in the future i can heat again and eat tks

      You can do this but with fresh dough, the end product is much better.

      @@somarcooking what do you mean by fresh dough? You mean I need to start fresh unable to keep the ready bake in the freezer, I have some leftover and keep in the freezer.

      Hi Honey, u don't need to add yeast to make this breadstick. I've been cooking almost every morning for breakfast. However I use milk instead of water and I left it in the fridge for overnight.

    Why my dough is still sticky after 10imutes may be too much water , but it rise very good . I don't see your hand has any flour after you knead the flour ?

    Thank you.l will try to do this breadsticks or cakoi called in Malaysia
    Just to edit your subtitles :
    Heat the oil to medium heat only or the breadsticks will be burnt.
    Hot ya...
    Fry it till brown, turn it on the other side for an even frying.
    Loose powder is a cosmetic...use :
    Sprinkle some flour on the worktop to make the dough less sticky.
    Rest the dough to rise for some time.
    When you knead the dough evenly, press or knock on it to release the air bubbles.
    U must cut the rolled out thin dough immediately, stick them on top of each other & fry them fast.

      Thank you Amone. First we will heat up the cooking oil over high heat and when you are ready to deep fry the breadsticks turn the heat to medium heat. You can dip a chopstick into the cooking oil. if it is hot enough there will have a lot of bubbles around that chopstick.

    I have a delivery of this while I was living in Bangkok. Every morning before goin to work or sometimes I brought it at the office and had it shared with my employees. It became one of my favorite food wherever I go that there is this dough. I forgot how it is called in Chinese and Thai as these countries have it.     The way you say "all purpose flour" is so cute, sounds like "all purple flower" 💜🪻 But never mind you English is great ! I love this treat from my local chinese dumplings shop (it's famous for being the cheapest fried rice in my country!) and they make these giant fried dough sticks for $2.50 nowdays (but they were 50c when I was a kid) and they are so yummy I wanted to try making it myself! Thank you for the recipe ^_^
    P.S: I am a bit scared of deep frying for the first time, do you have any tips?
