It's contains egg. You can see again the video. Here's the ingredients • 250gm all purpose flour • 4gm baking powder • 1.5gm baking soda • 120gm water • 20gm egg • 3gm salt • 20gm oil • oil for deep-frying And 1.5 grams equals to 0.30 teaspoons. Make sure your oil enough hot for frying. Happy trying😊
This recipe doesn't required any yeast. Just baking soda and baking powder you can get the crispy breadsticks as mine. The main key point is the way you knead the dough and rest it enough. If you want to add yeast you need to prefer others video, so far this the best recipe I tried.

Can, defrost it then reheat it with oven or airfyer at 200⁰C for 3 to 5 mins, or deep fry it at 180⁰C for 1 to 3 mins.
