    you can try making the banan hollow like a tube and filling it with vegetables and more flavor, before doing the rest of the recipe, it holds very well.

    I had tried different recipe. Some result are too hard and some too soft. Most of the time. Cripsy after frying. When cool down, it soften. I like your recipe. Can we dont flatten the bananas. Instead cut into half?

    I have a recipe for Cambodian waffles: deep fried in oil in a skillet, until it's crispy, with Wildflower honey, fill in all the holes, briskly sprinkle nutmeg Ginger clove and cinnamon. ENJOY!😊

    Why my dough is still sticky after 10imutes may be too much water , but it rise very good . I don't see your hand has any flour after you knead the flour ?

      You can do this but with fresh dough, the end product is much better.

    Cambodian? This is actually from Thailand adaptation of creme brulee. It was adapted by Maria Guyomar de Pinha the Portuguese - Japanese lady that immigrated to live in Ayutthaya.This kind of food isn't the traditional food of both Thai and Cambodian...

    The way you say "all purpose flour" is so cute, sounds like "all purple flower" 💜🪻 But never mind you English is great ! I love this treat from my local chinese dumplings shop (it's famous for being the cheapest fried rice in my country!) and they make these giant fried dough sticks for $2.50 nowdays (but they were 50c when I was a kid) and they are so yummy I wanted to try making it myself! Thank you for the recipe ^_^ P.S: I am a bit scared of deep frying for the first time, do you have any tips?
