Steamed Taro cake recipe is similar to steamed banana cake or steamed pumpkin cake.
Ingredients:
1.1lb [500g] Peeled Taro
1¼cup [300ml] Coconut Milk
½cup [100g] Glutinous Rice Flour
1cup [150g] Rice Flour
½cup [120g] Sugar
½tsp Salt
7oz [200g] Coconut flesh
