Good gun, good light. Can't go wrong with either. The TLR-6 is probably the best light I've ever seen for the 43x. It's proven reliable and it not only looks better than most other lights, but it's also the easiest one to find holsters for (and doesn't make it harder to carry or conceal).

I personally love my Hogue, im running the same setup just with TLR 7Sub looking at doing that katana upgrade looks like it adds purchase on the grip as well
Nice bro! Check out one of my later videos I upgraded a lot of things on this gun. I also added the tlr7 sub to it. The katana mag well does a huge upgrade to the grip and feel when handling the gun. Thank you for the comment brother! 💪🏽🙏🏽

Check out the eps carry closed emitter. No dirt or dust can interfere with your laser. I love the 407/507k also though.

Love it . Solid setup. I too rock the tlr6 in the HL version. I see no reason to get the tlr7sub that goes past the barrel. At that point it’s the same length as a 19.

Im torn between tlr6 light and laser or tlr7 sub.
I love both! Tlr6 does have light and laser for a great price. Tlr 7 has a better build and stronger light output.

The TLR-6 is a joke. It light throw is ridiculous. Your light protruding beyond the barrel is a good thing… it keeps your gun from being pushed out of battery in case someone grabs your firearm in a tussel.
The amount of light the TLR-6 throws out is not great by any means. However if using it in a dark house it’s more than enough for a person to positively ID something before shooting. If someone grabs your firearm, in the overwhelming number of instances, you messed up by letting them get close enough to tough it/you or you did not properly protect your firearm. Either way it’s a training issue.

@@sleazykilla360 actually its opposite. Im speaking from experience and training. Your answer shows your inattention to detail. In the US there are about 1.6 million defensive gun uses per year. Seeing as this far exceeds any homicide rate it’s clear that people who train, properly protect their firearm, and maintain situational awareness have a much higher success rate at defending themselves with a firearm. However I never speak in absolutes, so there are always some exceptions. Hence if you actually read my statement I clearly state “In the overwhelming number of instances”. This is backed up by facts, data and real world experience. Thank you for highlighting your inexperience with this materiel. 🍻
In a situation where light is needed, I’d rather have the tlr6 over no light at all. Some light is better than no light.

Every single light is going to patrude past the barrel, thats how its supposed to be. If you ever have someone on top of you and you press the barrel into them it goes out of battery and youre screwed. It doesnt make it harder to holster that is clearly a training issue. Hogue grip .... Why? When theres superior options why? Rapid engineering back strap and granilate talon grips is all you need. Props on the magwel but everything... Not so much.

I Think For Holosun You Need The Plate.
I’ve Seen Others Mill Their Studs off Their Slides, To Fit The Holosun 407, And 507.
Plus A Lot of People Have Mentioned That Holosun Has Difficulty Co-Witnessing With The “Iron” or OEM Sights.
Put a TLR-1 on that
That's not a katana v3 mag well
It’s the first version, but they don’t have it on there site. I believe they’re only selling the v2 and v3 at the moment.
