You are not a mechanic, you are an artist-restorer! And the result of your work, a work of art! Thanks for the aesthetic pleasure!
Wow, thank you!
Great job!!! I took some working technicians myself. Thank you!!!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Invest in a sandblaster and paint both sides of pieces. Buff and shine metal parts, these things take you to the next level! Keep up the good work!

Beautiful job 👍
Excellent work love what you do , just a tip because am involved in this too , there is a primer for the metals imperfections and it’s thick enough for cover everything!!!!

I appreciate that!
Very clean job👍 looks really good. Congratulations on such a great job.
Thank you so much 😀
🇵🇱 dobra robota, fajny sprzęt 😎
As usually great job! i love the simplicity. was that black nob made out of plastic? just like car bumpers per harder obviously? try with a heatgun o a torch, it will "burn" the outside layer and bring out a new one. try it before with another one...! congrats
Świetna robota. Pozdrowienia z Lublina 🇵🇱👍

Hello. Thanks for the great video! And how old is this instrument?
Thank you for another great restoration video. When can we expect you converting this into battery powered? ;)
Great work my friend
Many thanks
You can make a tutorial explaining how to make a fan like the one you use in your videos when you weld, very good videos friend and I hope you can make that video, more than one will find it useful.
Good restoration result
Many thanks!
super tare
Happy new year, dear friend! I love you. Greets from Argentina!
Bro! Sandblasting is one of the most satisfying things to watch. How could you not show it on camera!
Love the restoration. I do have one question though? Why go through the body filler process on the cast parts?
They did not come perfect from the factory, and since they seem to be aluminum, why bother?
I mean, it is your choice, but I always wonder. It is only cosmetic and not original.
If it is to make it look better and makes you happy, you do you. I am just curious.
And just to reiterate, awesome work.
Will you convert this router to a 18v one? Or maybe a 36v?
i found a used rp2300c router with no base for 75$ is it worth it if I can make my own base?
Good job buddy
Thanks for the visit
Excellent I have one just like it but it's Makita blue/green
Yours may be newer than this one
Mine is identical but I have had it many years.
Some of the Makita stuff you restore are of a different colour for some reason.
We seem to get a different colour for the UK market.
You are great
Thats quite an awkward chuck. Any options for replacing it?
That's a "collet" chuck, it can hold only one specific diameter, in this case 6mm and all router bits are 6mm, thus, it can't be replaced.
It's been a long time since I've seen you post a video
Yes, you're right, because I am a bit busy with my farm.
Parabéns
Aaaaaaaah, makita, what a brand.
👌
👍👍😘
Show 👏👏👏👏👏💯👌👌👍👍🇧🇷
It's possible converting to cordless power? I imagine it will be 2x 18V like Makita 36V . Or maybe just 18V w/ 21700 2p or 3p ?😁
NO
What is that red stuff you used to loosen the screws in 4:12?
the tool is called a Impact / Hammer Screwdriver

Okay, I will find another one to convert it.

It’s gonna be nuts in the future when these repairs are done by robots.
Good job just a few helping hands for your repair jobs, list below.
I think the wrong bearing were fitted, speed rating not high enough for this router.
13:53 and 14:26 Bearings were fitted very roughly.
15:34 The commutator was not smooth enough and the brushes not fitted correctly.
16:03 Rethread hole before cleaning NOT after assembly.
Bro, restore my life please!
Your life is already wonderful, no need to restore.
what a weird router - no wifi and way too loud
Haha,...
Love the fact that there is a circular saw style grip in it. If real. Thats the worst design ever. I cant think of many purposes that would come in handy
Makita tipe berapa
I see, I use sand papers, to sand on the part on the metals motor 's .. smoothly circle's ....
