I love living downtown. Walking down Calle Revolucion de 1910 is the heart of the City. There is so much Mexican culture it is hard to take it all in. Zigzag between 1910 and the waterfront to 1000% your experience. The only real issue living downtown is noise at night. However, it is part of the culture too and you learn to adapt. Tourism has but a little influence on how the people of La Paz live. It is vibrant with Mexico's life.
