1st property too expensive(inflated) and the rest are the same. The property prices in Mexico are inflated. Mexico has nothing good to offer, except Sun and some nice beaches. Mexico is not cheap anymore. In Asia, I can a lot better property prices and living is a lot cheaper and much more safer. I prefer Asia over Mexico!

Buenos días saludos desde Miami florida corazón no puedes hablar español vives en México y es lo correcto creo yo , hay muchos latinos que viven en estados unidos y no entienden el inglés a lo mejor tendrías un mejor público en tus ventas de casas ,soy cubana vivo en Miami florida no entiendo el inglés a mi edad, porque tengo pensado irme a México que amo muchísimo.. espero no se ofenda por mi reclamación.. hay muchos mexicanos como tú que viven en estados unidos y no entienden el inglés solo trabajan para tener un estiló de vida mucho mejor en tu México.. You are in the south of Baja where people from the US buy up everything with US dollars. Having said that, all of Mexico has become expensive. People hear what people from the US are paying and they too want to sell for those prices. Real estate prices in Mexico are even more outrageous if compared to incomes than in the US.

@manueljavier5448 Hola Manuel! Hay distintos modelos, el modelo más básico tiene un precio de $1,950,000 Pesos Mexicanos. El tipo de cambio varía todos los días, ahorita ha estado muy bueno. Con el tipo de cambio de hoy de 18.2 pesos por dólar, la casa estaría aprox en 108k USD. Es importante mencionar que el pago sólo puede hacerse en pesos Mexicanos, pero para que se pueda dar una idea del equivalente en dólares :)
